Arrests:

12:04pm              5900 Blk Mission                    Threats
Officers Gomez and Wilson responded to a battery.  They met with victim who told her that she had an argument with one of her roommates over some clothing in the apartment.  The roommate confronted the victim, screamed various obscenities at her and then proceeded to punch her in the face.  The victim stated to the police officers that she felt threatened and wanted to have the suspect arrested for the battery.  The officers spoke with a witness inside the home who witnessed the incident and reiterated what the victim stated.  The officers then detained the suspect in a separate bedroom where they interviewed her.  She admitted punching the roommate and screaming things at her but did not believe they were of a threatening nature but more of a challenge to fight.  The victim signed a citizen’s arrest and had visible injuries to her facial area.  She refused medical assistance.  The suspect was taken into custody and booked for the battery and the threats.  Report 110858355  ***BEST ARREST OF THE DAY!***

1:35am                Mission/Persia                        Agg. Assault
Officers Dominguez and Ma were dispatched to an assault.  They spoke with a female at the scene who said she and a male friend were leaving a club when the male was confronted by three men.  Her friend attempted to walk away and the men began attacking him.  The victim began yelling and all three men ran away.  The victim was not at the scene when the officers were interviewing the witness but returned shortly thereafter.  The officers were provided with a description of the suspects which they broadcast over the radio.  The victim was uncooperative, refused medical assistance and did not wish to speak to the officers.  When the officers attempted to interview him he walked away.  The officers were unable to notice any visible injuries and provided the witness with follow up information.  They searched the area for individuals matching the suspect descriptions but were unsuccessful in locating them.  Report 110857238

2:45am                4400Blk Mission                     Burglary
Officers Bernard and Johnson responded to investigate a possible burglary.  They arrived at the premise and noticed the front door had been damaged and the front window was shattered.  They entered the premises and noticed various items out of place and the cash register appeared to have been tampered with.  The offices located a filed cabinet which had been pried open as well.  They cleared the establishment and found no suspects inside.  They contacted the owner of the restaurant who told them he locked and secured the area the evening before.  The owner stated there was various items missing and he did not know who might have burglarized his business.  The officers contacted the SFPD Crime Scene Investigations Unit who stated that they would be responding to process the scene.  The owner advised there were no security systems in his business and officers were unable to locate any cameras in the area.  They provided the victim with follow up information and took pictures of the scene which they booked into evidence at Ingleside station. 6:00am                Unit Blk Phelan                      Vandalism
SFCCPD Officer Sanchez was on patrol when he was dispatched to a building which had been vandalized.  He located several walls with graffiti on them and took pictures of the damage to the building.  He was unable to locate any witnesses or suspects.  The officer contacted the custodial department to have the graffiti cleaned.  Report 110858850

12:53pm              Unit Blk Leland                     Threats
A victim came to Ingleside police station and told PSA Zabarte that she had an altercation with a person she works with and since then has been receiving various phone calls of a threatening nature.  The victim stated she believed she knew the individual who was calling her but had no way of proving who it was.  She said she was afraid for her safety and wanted the incident documented.  Report 110858537

5:00pm                Unit Blk Miraloma                 Burglary
Officer Pereira was dispatched to a possible burglary in progress.  He arrived and spoke with reportee who stated he was working on a home when he noticed a male enter the second story of the home next door which he believed was empty.  He then noticed several other males exit the home and run down the street.  He provided the officers with a description of the suspects but does not believe he could identify them if he saw them again.  Various Ingleside officers searched the area for the suspects without success.  The owner of the home was contacted and responded to the scene.  He told the officers the home was empty and being worked on and that he gave no permission for anyone to enter his home.  He said he did not believe anything was missing from the premises.  The officers determined the suspects entered through a sliding glass door in the rear of the home and exited through a side door.  They provided the owner of the home with follow up information.  Report 110859416

5:00pm                Unit Blk Miraloma                 Burglary
Officer Hurwitz and various other Ingleside units responded to a home where they had been advised by the owner that he was concerned there was possible illegal activity going on inside.  The officers entered the home and found various green leafy plants with buds growing inside.  There was a strong odor of marijuana both inside and outside the home which the neighbors had also been complaining about.  Officers continued their search of the home where they located several other plants underneath grow lights, loose quantities of the green leafy substance in plastic bags as well as various scales.  The officers tested the substance which returned positive for marijuana.  At the instruction of Sgt. Lozada the officers seized all the evidence at the scene and notified SFPD’s Narcotics Unit who responded to take over the investigation.  The officers booked all the items into evidence and located the identification cards of the individuals who were renting the home and their identification was confirmed by the owner of the home.  Report 110859591

7:30pm                Unit Blk Ocean                       Burglary
Officers Ma and Dominguez responded to burglary alarm activation.  They arrived and found the door to the establishment ajar.  The entered the premise and searched for anyone inside but found the place empty.  The owner of the store arrived and advised that he had locked and secured the premise before he left the night before.  He stated that various items had been taken but did not have any idea who might have entered the premise.  He told the officers the premise was not equipped with any video surveillance cameras.  The officers found damage to the front door and the front door lock which the victim stated was not damaged when he secured the premise.  The officers took pictures of the damage which they booked into evidence at Ingleside station and provided the victim with follow up information.  Report 110857432

8:55pm                Unit Blk Ney                           Assault
Officers Archilla and Kneuker responded to the call of a fight.  They spoke with victim who told him she was speaking to one of her roommates about moving out and that they needed to have the carpet cleaned.  The victim told him she would take care of the carpet cleaning and not to worry about it when and unknown male approached her and began yelling.  The woman’s husband, who was upstairs, heard the altercation and came downstairs.  When he observed the unknown suspect screaming at his wife he came in between them and told the suspect to back off.  The suspect then proceeded to he punched him numerous times and when the female went to call the police the individual fled the scene.  The officers summoned an ambulance for the male victim because he had visible injuries but he refused treatment when they arrived.  They provided the victims with follow up information and searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspect.  Report 110859892

9:30pm                500 Blk London           Theft
Sgt, Miller responded to an auto boost.  He spoke with victim who told him that he locked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found a window smashed and various items missing.  He located a flashlight inside of his vehicle that he said did not belong to him.  Sgt. Miller processed the vehicle and the flashlight but was unable to locate any latent fingerprint evidence.  Report 110857868

Officers McMilton and Morse were dispatched to the call of a fight.  They arrived and interviewed the victim who stated he was a Cantonese speaker.  Officer Ma responded to the scene to assist with the translation.  The victim told him that he was playing music at an establishment when several males entered the place, called him names and hit him various times in the face and head area.  The suspects told him if he reported the incident to police that they would kill his family.  The victim believed he knew the suspects and the assault possibly had to do with a debt.  He was uncooperative in assisting the officers with any further suspect location or information and refused medical assistance.  Report 110860037
