SFCCPD Officer Bermudez prepared a report regarding a theft incident. The victim told the officer that he parked and locked his car only to discover that someone had broken in but did not remove anything from the car. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110840619

12:00pm     Unit blk Florentine       Burglary
Officers Leong and Castillo were dispatched to investigate a burglary. When they arrived they spoke with the caller who told them that the house behind was empty and that when he came home he saw the lights on and the front door open. The officers made a search of the house and found that it was completely empty. The officers then contacted the owner of the home who told the officers he had removed all the furniture when his relative passed away and left the home empty. The owner told the officers that the door was not damaged the last time he was there. Report number110841645

Officer Lundy was dispatched to a burglary case. The victim told the officer that he left home and returned to find that someone had gained entry via the kitchen window and removed electronics. Report number 110841695

6:00pm       50 Phelan                      Theft/Building
SFCCPD Officer McGlaston prepared a report regarding theft of property. There were three (3) victims. The victims told the officer that they went to class in the Wellness Center and placed their backpacks in lockers and locked them. When the class was over, the victims discovered that the lockers were open and their backpacks, clothing, keys and money. There were no suspects seen in this incident. Report number 110841504

7:38pm       500 blk Vienna             Robbery
Officer Shugars was sent to investigate a robbery that had just occurred. The officer spoke to two victims that told him that while helping a friend move some things, they were robbed. The victims told the officer that a green Chrysler 300, with 20” rims pulled up and that two suspects exited the car. One of the suspects was holding a gun, which he put under the chin of one of the victims and forced into a garage. The suspect struck the victim in the back of the head and face with the butt of the gun and demanded money. The suspects then ran aback to the waiting car and fled the area. The loss was cash and property. The victim was transported to Kaiser SF and was last listed in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries. Report number 110841463
