Officer Sullivan responded to a report of a fight. The victim got into a verbal argument with the suspect. The suspect became angry and grabbed a spray bottle. The suspect sprayed the victim in the face. The suspect then pushed the victim and punched him. The suspect was detained and cited for battery. Report 110707990
1:50pm 500 Blk Cortland Ave Narcotics
Officers Murphy and Pedersen were on bicycle patrol when they contacted a suspect sitting down. The suspect stood up and the officers saw what they recognized as a pipe commonly used to ingest narcotics. The suspect admitted to having the pipe and using narcotics. He was cited. Report 110708023
6:14pm Dolores St & Duncan Warrant
Officer Preston was on patrol when he saw a vehicle fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. The officer made a traffic stop and contacted the driver. A records check revealed the driver had an outstanding warrant. Report 110708584

CPSA Der and Officer Pai were dispatched to a report of a burglary. The victim is a construction worker and had left some of his tools secured on his job site. When he returned to work, he realized a suspect had gained access to the garage area and taken his tools. Report 110707172

A victim reported that his vehicle had been broken into. An unknown suspect had smashed a window and taken an item from inside. Report 116111898

Officers Otaguro and Baldovino were dispatched to a report of vandalism to a vehicle. The officers found the vehicle with a smashed window. The officers were unable to locate the owner of the vehicle to determine if anything was missing from inside. Report 110709253
