Arrests:

12:30pm   3500 Blk Mission St      Warrant Arrest
Officer Padilla came upon two males having a heated verbal altercation.  Both males were separated and told the officer that they were arguing about an unresolved matter from months ago.  As Off. Padilla continued his interviews, he discovered that one of the men had an active outstanding warrant for his arrest. The wanted felon was taken into custody without incident and booked in at the County Jail.   Report Number 110616432

6:45pm  300 Block Seneca Ave      Warrant Arrest
Officers Abucay , Blume and Gonzalez were dispatched to investigate a report regarding a physical altercation between two subjects.  Upon arrival they found one of the parties still on scene, the second subject had fled from the area.  The second suspect was ultimately located and officers were told that the altercation began over a bicycle.  One of the subjects involved had a currently active stay away order and should not have been in the area.  Further investigation also revealed that the involved suspect had a warrant in the system for his arrest.  He was taken into custody and transported to the station.  No further police action was requested.  Report Number 110417496

9:37pm   Unit Blk Castillo St            Warrant Arrest
Officers Dudley and Antonian responded to this residence regarding a battery.  The victim reported that he had been standing in front of his residence talking on his cell phone.  He was approached by an unknown male who began to say strange things to him.  He asked the male to back away while he was on his phone.  As he tried to walk away and gain distance, the suspect kicked his foot and continued following him.  The police were called to the scene.  When the suspect was contacted by the police he became uncooperative and belligerent.  Officers discovered an active warrant for his arrest and took him into custody.   Report Number 110464247

2:08am   Monterey/Congo St            Robbery 
Taraval Officers took a report regarding a robbery at this location.  The victim went home after the incident but wanted the police notified.  He reported that he had been waiting for a taxi when he was approached by three younger males.  He had his IPhone out of his bag and was playing with it.  One of the suspects put something to the back of his head which he thought was a gun. He was ordered to hand over his phone, which he did immediately.  The second male demanded his wallet and bag, but the victim began to scream and yell.  All three suspects fled from the area.  The victim was uninjured and felt that he could identify the suspects if he saw them again.  Report Number 110610951

2:30am    3800 Blk San Bruno Av          Robbery
The victim came to the station to report that he had been robbed.  He had arrived at his residence, parked his car and walked up to his front door.  As he stood outside of his front door, an unknown suspect came up from behind and hit him in the back of the head with a hard object.  The victim was knocked unconscious.  He woke up two hours later and discovered that his keys, driver’s license and cash had been removed from his pants pocket.  He was assisted into the residence and did not realize until the next morning that his vehicle had also been stolen.  The victim received medical treatment and, after being released from the Hospital, reported the incident to the police.  Follow-up investigation to be conducted by the Station Investigative Unit.   Report Number 110612242

11:30am  Diamond/Chenery St    Theft From Vehicle
The victim reported that she had locked and left her vehicle at this location.  Upon returning to the vehicle, she discovered one of the windows shattered and the vehicle ransacked.  She later realized that her work laptop computer had been stolen from the trunk of the car.  She had no suspect information.    Report Number 110612004

4:00pm    3900 Blk Mission St              Theft
Officers Nibungco and Pereira responded to a store at this location regarding a computer theft.  The store employee explained to them that he had been showing one of the unsecured computers to a customer. The computer was uncharged and he went to the back storage room to get a power chord. When he returned to the front of the store, the customer, as well as the unsecured computer,were gone.  The store’s security camera was not functioning properly and no witnesses were within the store.  Officers conducted an unsuccessful search of the area once given the suspect’s description.   Report Number 110617123

5:28pm    900 Blk Geneva Av                Theft
CPSA Soliman and Officer Altamirano responded to the store regarding a theft.  They were told that an unknown male had entered the store and asked to look at some sunglasses that were within a locked case.  He began to walk back and forth, checking out the glasses in the store mirror.  When the store employee walked away, the male placed a pair of the sunglasses into his pocket and left the store without paying.  Follow-up investigation to be conducted by the Station Investigative Unit.  Report Number  110616090

9:30pm     300 Blk 30th St                      Burglary
Officers Castillo and Campos responded to this location regarding a residential burglary.  The victim reported that she had three bicycles stored within her locked garage.  On today’s date, she realized that all three bikes had been removed from their hooks and stolen.  No signs of forced entry were located and she had no potential suspect information.   Report Number 110617587

9:30pm     1700 Blk Church St               Theft
The victim came to the station to report the theft of her bag.  She had gone to a café at this location and left her bag on the table when she went to use the restroom. The bag contained electronic equipment.  Upon returning to the table, she discovered that the bag had been stolen.  Further investigation to be conducted.  Report Number 110617747

11:00pm    San Jose/29th St                   Auto Burglary
The victim reported that she locked and left her vehicle at this location.  Upon returning, she discovered that her window had been smashed and several personal items stolen. There was no suspect description nor witnesses to the incident.  Report Number 116096870
