Officers Abucay and Smethurst responded to a report of an assault. A suspect grabbed the victim by the chest and hit him. The officers contacted the suspect who admitted that he touched the victim on the chest, but he claimed he did not hit the victim. The victim wanted to press charges against the suspect. 4:52pm Mission & Ruth St Vandalism
Officers Lim and Chew were on patrol when they spotted a suspect they recognized as being wanted for vandalism and terrorist threats. The officers contacted the suspect and detained him. The suspect was positively identified as the perpetrator and was subsequently arrested. Report 110517802 ***BEST ARREST OF THE DAY!!!***
9:34pm 100 Blk Scherwin St Threats
Officers Morse and Ma responded to a report of a fight. The victim got into an argument with the suspect regarding a household issue. The suspect became angry and threatened the victim. The victim was scared and believed the suspect would carry out the threats. The suspect was contacted and taken into custody. Report 110554757

Officers Benavidez and Baldovino were dispatched to a report of gunshots. The officers located a vehicle that had been struck by a bullet. No one was hurt from this incident. Witnesses heard several gun shots and saw a suspect walking down the street shortly after carrying a handgun. Officers searched the area for the suspect with negative results. Report 110552444
2:37am Unit Blk Melrose Ave Arson
Officers Ma and Morse responded to assist the SFFD regarding a fire. The fire is under investigation by the SFFD. No one was hurt during this incident. Report 110555147
12:09pm 500 Blk Velasco Ave Assault
Officers Chew and Lim responded to a threats report. A victim witnessed a suspect throwing trash from his vehicle onto the sidewalk. The victim confronted the suspect regarding the trash. The suspect pulled a knife and charged the victim. The victim fled to avoid getting hurt. The suspect threatened to return with a gun. The suspect fled in his vehicle. Report 110553129
12:45pm 100 Blk London St Theft
PSA Zabarte took a report regarding a theft from a vehicle. The victim left his vehicle secured overnight. When he returned, he found a window on his vehicle smashed and several items were missing. Report 110553248
5:57pm Diamond Heights Theft
Officer Campos responded to a report of a possible robbery. The victim boarded a MUNI bus and had fallen asleep during the ride. The driver of the bus woke the victim up to find out where he wanted to get off of the bus. The victim realized that his bag was gone. Report 110554042
9:00pm 900 Blk Ellsworth St Vandalism
Officers Hart and Duffin were flagged down by a victim of vandalism. The victim told the officers that the rear window of her vehicle had been smashed. Nothing was taken from inside. Report 110553107
11:03pm 100 Blk Seville St Assault
Officers Dilag and Lundy were dispatched to a call regarding a large fight possibly involving weapons. A victim was punched in the face by the suspect regarding a dispute over money. Three additional suspects joined in the fight and tackled the victim. The three suspects punched the victim multiple times. A witness intervened and pulled the three suspects off of the victim. The suspects fled. The officers located the suspects who claimed the victim hit them with a baseball bat. This incident was documented and pending further investigation. Report 110554848
