Officers Almaguer and Hauscarriage assisted a probation officer in locating a suspect who was in violation of his probation. The officers responded with the probation officer where they located the individual who was taken into custody without incident. The probation officer authorized the probation hold for the officers and the suspect was booked at the county jail. Report 110485027
4:55pm Unit Blk Ney Warrant
Officers Hom and Cassinelli were on patrol when they observed a vehicle travelling on Alemany Boulevard fail to stop for a circular red light. The officers affected a traffic stop and identified the individual. A computer check revealed an active warrant and the individual was taken into custody. Report 110485174

Officers Peregoy and Trail were on patrol when flagged by the victim of a theft. Victim told them he parked and secured her vehicle and when he returned found the right rear door damaged and items missing. Victim was unable to provide the officers with any further information. Report 110478834
0:04pm 1800 Blk Sunnydale Harassing Calls
Officers Seavey and Benavidez responded to a call of harassing phone calls. Victim advised that he had been receiving several phone calls from a woman he did not know. When he asked the woman not to call him the phone calls became more frequent. The officers were unable to find a listing for the phone number but did call the number and ask the woman not to bother the victim anymore. Report 110483093
8:45am Unit Blk Phelan Burglary
SFCCPD Officer Chan responded to a call of a burglary. He said he placed items in a locker and noticed a gentleman next to him fiddling with another locker. Victim left the building and when he returned found the locker open and various items missing. The officer conducted a photo spread as victim said he could identify the man who was standing next to him in the locker room. He positively identified one of the men and the officers canvassed the area but were unable to locate him. Report 110340158
3:00pm Unit Blk Monterey Theft
Victim came to Ingleside Police Station to report that she had secured her bicycle in her garage which she shares with three other tenants. She later returned to the garage and found the bicycle missing. She was unable to provide any further information. Report 110484778
3:05pm 2000 Blk San Jose Fraud
Sgt. Turner and Officer Chan responded to a call of a fraud. An auto repairman at a shop told them that a gentleman had left his vehicle for repairs. The repairmen telephoned the man and told him the repairs were approximately $8,000. The man agreed to the repairs and when the vehicle was ready the repairman telephoned him so that he could pick up the vehicle. The man arrived and the vehicle was blocking other vehicle so he said he would move the vehicle for the repairman. The man left the area without paying for services and never returned. Victim said he could identify the man and gave the police a description of the vehicle and the suspect. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate either. Report 110485011
11:08pm 300 Blk Trumbull Shots Fired
Officers Gabriel and Apodaca were dispatched to a call of shots fired. They met with reportee who said several bullets had gone through his residence as he was lying in bed. He got out of bed and noticed damage to his living room window. Officers searched for any other bullet holes and located three others. No one inside the home was injured. Officers responded to neighbor’s homes in the area to see if there were any other victims but did not locate any. The victim could not provide any additional information and did not suspect anyone of causing the damage to his home. Report 110485958
9:13pm 3200 Blk Mission Agg. Assault
Officers Gomez was on patrol when flagged down by several individuals regarding a shooting victim. He located the victim who had been shot in the leg. The officer summoned an ambulance and attempting to interview the victim who was uncooperative. Several witnesses stated that as the victim was walking down Mission Street a black vehicle with an unknown suspect drove by and then they heard a loud noise and noticed the victim on the ground. None of the witnesses were able to give additional information and could not identify the suspect. Officers canvassed the area for the black vehicle but were unable to locate it. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. Report 110485732
