9:18am Unit Blk Cassandra Agg. Assault
Officers Chew and Goldsborough were dispatched to a fight. They met with victim who stated that someone who resides in the home had choked her and pushed her into a wall. The officers summoned an ambulance immediately. They began searching the home and located a male in one of the rooms watching television. The victim positively identified the male as the one who had assaulted her. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. An ambulance arrived and transported the victim to the hospital. An Emergency Protective Order was granted and all parties were provided with their copies. Report 110492555
3:51pm Leland/Loehr Traffic Arrest
Officers Tam and Padilla were on patrol when they observed a red vehicle fail to stop at an arterial stop sign on Leland Avenue . The officers affected a traffic stop and a record check revealed the driver had never been issued a license. The suspect was transported to Ingleside station where he was cited and released.

3:29am Unit Blk Ney Att. Robbery
Officers Contreras and Hermosura were dispatched to a robbery. Victim advised that he was walking on Ney Street when a male approached him, pointed a gun to his face and said, “Give me what you got." The victim told him he only had a few dollars and the suspect said to forget it and walked away. Victim refused medical assistance and told the officers he could identify the suspect if he saw him again. Officers searched the area for the suspects or any potential witnesses with no success. 3:30am 100 Blk Craut Robbery
Officers Contreras and Hermosura were dispatched to a robbery. Victim advised that she was walking on Craut Street when a male approached her, pointed a gun to her head and said, "Give me your purse." The victim handed the suspect her purse and he fled on foot toward Trumbull . Victim refused medical assistance and told the officers she could not identify the suspect if she saw him again. Officers searched the area for the suspects or any potential witnesses with no success. Report 110492298
6:40am Unit Blk Brookdale Vandalism
Officers Araujo and Pai responded to a fight. Victim said, "That crazy bitch hit my car" Victim gave a description of the woman who he saw damage his vehicle and additional officers searched the area to no avail. The officers noticed one of the taillights in the vehicle had a hole in the lens. They gave the victim follow up information and told the victim to call the police should he see the suspect again. 7:00am 2900 Blk Diamond Theft
Officer Sugitan was dispatched to a call regarding a theft. Victim advised that he left his wheelchair in a secure area in the garage of his home. He was later advised by another tenant that his wheelchair was missing. Victim was unable to provide any further information. The officer was unable to locate any sign of forced entry into the garage area. Report 110492696
9:00am Joost/Foerster Theft
Victim came to Ingleside station to report a theft. He stated he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found a window smashed and various items missing. He was unable to provide any further information. Report 110492389
11:00am 800 Blk Peralta Vandalism
Officer Sugitan responded to a vandalism. Victim advised he was sitting in his home when his dogs began barking. He then heard a large noise and heard glass breaking. He noticed then that there was damage to his kitchen window. Victim said he heard some footsteps but did not actually see anyone vandalize the window. He was unable to provide any further information. Report 110492890
1:00pm 500 Blk Alemany Threats
Officers Peregoy and Trail responded to a threats call. Victim stated that a friend of hers who she had an argument with became angry and said he was going to kill her or burn her apartment. Victim stated the conversation took place over the telephone. Victim believed it could be a credible threat and wanted the incident document. An emergency protective order was issued and the victim as given her copy. The officers searched the area for the suspect with negative results.

8:00pm Unit Blk Mansfield Burglary
Officers Turner and Fung responded to the call of a burglary. They met with a neighbor who told them that while walking his dog he noticed a drawer in the park which might belong to his neighbor. Officers responded to the residence and found a broken window. The officers searched the home and it was empty. The house did, however, appear ransacked. The resident of the home arrived and stated she noticed several items were missing. Officers took pictures of the scene for the Ingleside inspector and provided the victim with follow up information. 9:00pm 1100 Blk Geneva Burglary
Officer Chew was dispatched to a call of a burglary. He met with victim who advised that he left and secured his store and when he returned found damage to the locks and the store open. He said several items were missing. Victim stated he would provide the officers with a video surveillance tape at a later date. He was unable to provide anything further and the officers took pictures of the scene for the Ingleside inspectors. Report 110492420
8:47pm 4500 Blk Mission Battery
Officer Contreras responded to the call of a battery. Victim advised that he was eating inside the establishment when a male was staring at him from outside. He male entered the store and for no reason began punching victim in the face. Victim fell to the ground and the suspect told him he was going to kill him and his daughter. The suspect then left the establishment and boarded a vehicle which drove down Mission Street . Victim does not know the suspect and does not know if he can identify him if he saw him again. Victim refused medical assistance. Various officers responded and searched the area for the suspect with negative results. Report 110494028
9:00pm 1500 Blk Guerrero Burglary
Officers Khan and Leong were dispatched to the call of a burglary. They met with reportee who told them that she moved her vehicle which was in her garage and noticed items were scattered inside. She spoke to a neighbor who told her he had noticed her garage door had been open for some time so he closed it for her. Victim stated she leaves her vehicle unlocked because her garage is always locked. Officers attempted to lift any fingerprint evidence with negative results. Victim was unsure if entry had been made into her home and was provided with follow up information. Report 110494078

When he returned he noticed the golf clubs were missing. Victim was unable to provide any further information. The officer was unable to locate any sign of forced entry into the garage area.
