Officers Polovina and Seavey responded to a report of a fight between two subjects. The officers contacted two subjects who had been in a physical fight. Both subjects said they got into a heated argument over a parking space. The argument turned physical and they each punched the other in the face. Both wanted to press charges against the other. 1:40pm Unit Blk Curtis St Narcotics
Sgt. Miller and Officer Johnson responded to a call regarding an assault in progress. The victim said she was punched in the back of the head and struck in the legs with a cooking pot by the suspect. The victim wanted to press charges against the suspect. The suspect was also in possession of suspected narcotics. Report 110451614
6:32pm Unit Blk Blythdale Ave Gang Injunction
Officers Antonian and Dudley were on patrol when they noticed several subjects playing dice for money. They recognized one suspect as a documented gang member who was a part of a gang injunction. The officers contacted the suspects and cited four of them for illegal gambling. The fifth suspect was arrested for violating the gang injunction and gambling. Officers Lozano and McCall responded to a call of shots fired. A witness saw two suspects fleeing from the area. A victim’s vehicle and house had several bullet holes in them. No one was injured. Report 110453325
2:43am 2600 Blk Bayshore Blvd Burglary, Att.
Officers Benavidez and Morse responded to a report of an attempted burglary. A suspect had smashed a window of the victim’s business. A witness was in the business at the time and heard the sound of breaking glass. He walked into the front area of the business and saw that a window was broken and that there was blood on the broken glass. The suspect never gained entry. Report 110453626

Officers Hermosura and Contreras responded to a report of a fight. The officers contacted the victim, who was arguing with a male subject. The victim accused the male subject of breaking the window on his vehicle. The victim said he heard his car alarm go off and saw a suspect fleeing down the street. The victim got in his car and found the subject walking down the street. The victim thought he looked similar to the suspect, but could not positively identify him. Report 110450650

PSA Heckenberg-Tognozzi took a report regarding vandalism to a vehicle. The victim said that an unknown suspect had slashed two of her vehicles tires. Report 110450995

PSA Heckenberg-Tognozzi took a report regarding false personation. The victim stated that he was notified by the IRS that he owed taxes for a year that he did not work. Report 110448326
10:00pm Mission & Richland St Robbery, Att.
Officers Ma and Ferronato responded to a report of an attempted robbery. The victim was riding the MUNI bus and holding his iPhone in his hand. A suspect approached and tried to take the iPhone out of the victim’s hands. The suspect punched the victim in the head several times. The victim was able to kick the suspect once and hold on to his phone. The suspect fled the bus with several other subjects. Report 110452963

Officers Ferronato and Ma responded to a report of a robbery. The victim was walking to a bar from his home when a suspect approached him. The suspect demanded the victim’s money. The suspect pushed the victim to the ground and took his cell phone. The suspect fled. Report 110453096
