Arrests:

2:30pm               Mission St & Seneca Ave         Narcotics
Officers Almaguer, Hauscarriague and Burke were on patrol when they recognized a suspect they knew from prior police contact driving a vehicle.  The suspect was also on active felony probation.  The officers made contact with the suspect, who was driving with a suspended license and without valid insurance.  The suspect was also in possession of narcotics for sale and narcotics paraphernalia.  Report 110445996 ***BEST ARREST OF THE DAY!!***

5:47pm               Naples & Russia Ave     Traffic violation
Officers Hom and Hom were on patrol when they noticed a vehicle with an underinflated tire.  The officers made a traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver.  A smell emanating from the vehicle was recognized by the officers as suspected marijuana.  The driver was in possession of a small amount of marijuana and had a medical marijuana card.  A further probable cause search of the vehicle revealed no more marijuana.  The driver was cited for the traffic violation.  Report 110446637

9:54pm               200 Blk Hahn St                        Warrant
Officers Polovina and McCall were on patrol when they were dispatched to a report of a wanted suspect.  The officers responded to the scene and located the suspect.  After confirming the warrant, the suspect was taken into custody.  Report 110447027

8:30am               500 Blk Raymond Ave             Vandalism
Officers Lim and Chew responded to a report of a vandalism.  The victim works at a center where they keep several small tricycles.  The tricycles were lined up against a wall surrounded by a six foot fence.  The victim returned to the center to find the tricycles were thrown all over the playground area.  There was also graffiti written in chalk.  Report 110439193

9:00am               100 Blk Foerster Ave                   Assault
Officers Chew and Lim responded to a report regarding a roommate dispute.  The victim got into an argument with the suspect, who shoved the victim.  The suspect grabbed a knife and swung it from side to side.  The suspect has also left notes around the residence threatening his roommates.  The victim did not want the suspect arrested, just talked to by the officers.  The officers were unable to contact the suspect.  Report 110443081

11:30am             300 Blk Oxford St                            Theft
PSA Flynn took a report regarding a theft from a vehicle.  The victim returned to her vehicle and discovered a window slightly ajar.  Several items were missing from her trunk.  Report 110446950
