2:44am Unit Blk Curtis Agg. Assault
Officer Morse and Sgt. Deshong responded to a call of a dog bite and possible stabbing. They arrived on scene and met with a woman who stated that she had an argument with another tenant regarding the use of the bathroom. The woman said that she was then in the kitchen cooking when the tenant came into the kitchen and grabbed her by the shoulder. The tenant was holding a three prong fork in her hand and stabbed the victim twice in the thigh and calf while screaming “I’m gonna kill you bitch.” Another tenant was present with her dog and the dog began to growl at the suspect. The victim grabbed the fork from the suspect and the parties separated until the police arrived. After the officers interviewed all of the tenants they determined the suspect to be the aggressor and took her into custody for the stabbing and the threats. Victim refused medical assistance at the scene. Officers took pictures at the scene and booked them into evidence. Report 110369114 **BEST ARREST OF THE DAY**

Officer Altamarino was on patrol when she observed a vehicle whose brake light was out of order. She affected a traffic stop and made contact with the driver. The driver presented a driver’s license and a record check revealed the license was suspended. The driver also had an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody without incident. Report 110369578
5:20pm 4900 Blk Mission Shoplifting
Officers Park and Chang responded to a shoplifting call. They made contact with the security guards who advised that the suspect had eaten chicken at the store without making any attempt to pay for it and then ran out of the store. The security guards detained the suspect outside of the store and escorted him back inside to their office. A citizen’s arrest was signed for the arrest and the subject was cited for the shoplifting offense. Report 110370597
8:30pm 200 Blk Blythdale Battery
Officers Gabriel and Apodaca responded to a battery call. They met with two of the residents who said that they had had an altercation regarding an incident which had occurred in the past. Both residents began arguing and physically assaulting each other. The officers separated the parties and conducted individual interviews. Both parties agreed they were involved in mutual combat and wished to sign citizen’s arrests against each other. The officers accepted the arrests and both parties were cited for battery. Both parties claimed they were not injured and refused medical assistance. Report 110371090

4:01am Russia/London Theft
Officer Baldovino and Sgt. Deshong responded to the report of a theft. Dispatch provided a description of the suspects and Sgt. Deshong detained two gentlemen upon his arrival which matched the description. The original caller to dispatch refused to cooperate further and the alleged suspects were released at the scene. The officers then noticed a telephone pole with a large wire conduit cut. Further examination revealed that another wire had also been cut. Officer Baldovino searched the area in an attempt to locate where the other half of the wires may have ended up. He located a van whose identification came back as a stolen vehicle. Further observation revealed that the front and rear plates to the van did not match. An inventory search of the van revealed the cut wires inside as well as various burglary tools. Officers took photos of the van and booked all items into evidence. Report 110369255
8:00am 300 Blk Lisbon Fraud
Two victims who reside at the same address came to Ingleside Police Station to report fraud. Both advised that accounts had been opened without their permission with Chase bank. They were unable to provide further information but requested police reports as required by the bank. Reports 110370086 and 110370092
2:30pm Unit Blk Marietta Burglary
Officers Park and Chang responded to a report of a burglary. They met with victim who advised that he left his home and believed he secured the front door. When he returned he found various items missing but was unable to locate any forced entry. The officers searched the home and believed that the suspect entered through a rear door which had possibly been left unlocked. Victim was unable to provide further information and officers searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspect and the stolen items. Report 110373290
4:30pm 1800 Blk Alemany Mail Tamp
Officers Chang and Park responded to a call of a fraud. Victim advised that he had been having continual problems with a neighbor and on today’s date found a torn envelope which contained his work paycheck inside of his neighbor’s trash. The victim was unable to prove that the neighbor took his check but believes it was him. The officers contacted the neighbor who denied taking or tampering with anyone’s mail. Victim was given a report number so that his paycheck could be reissued. Report 110370490
5:45pm 200 Blk Anderson Fraud
Officer Otaguro responded to a call of a fraud. Victim advised that she had received a message from her bank regarding usage of her credit card. Various transactions had been made which the victim had not authorized. The bank requested she file this police report and close her account. Victim was unable to provide any further information. 6:56pm 100 Blk Evelyn Fraud
Victim came to Ingleside Police Station to report a fraud. She stated that someone had added a fictitious name to her Macy’s account and made several transactions she did not authorize. She was unable to provide any further information. Report 110367340
10:47pm 1100 Blk Athens Battery
Officers Polovina and Lundys responded to a battery call. They spoke with complainant who stated he got into an argument with a visitor after watching the boxing match. The suspect punched him in his left eye with his fist. Victim had a visible bruise but refused medical assistance. He provided the officers with a description of the suspect but stated he did not know him and does not know if he could identify him. The officers searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspect. 10:56pm 1700 Blk Sunnydale Vandalism
Officers Chang and Park responded to a call of a broken window. Victim advised that she was in the bathroom when she heard a large bang. She went into the bedroom and noticed the window was shattered. She was unable to provide any further information. Report 110371385
11:00pm 800 Blk Avalon Theft
PSA Flynn took a report of a stolen wallet and cellular phone. Victim advised that she was at a party where she had placed her purse on the floor unattended. She later found her wallet and cellular phone which were inside of her purse had been taken. She was unable to provide any further information. Report 110371460
11:30pm Alpha/Raymond Agg. Assault
Officers Morrow and Naval were dispatched to St. Luke’s Hospital regarding an assault. They met with the victim who said he had been assaulted somewhere on Raymond Ave. Victim said that he had been drinking heavily and did not remember the incident. He only recalled the street he was walking on and later waking up in the hospital. Victim was missing four front teeth and had a broken left eye socket. The officers took pictures of the injuries and booked them into evidence. Report 110372311
