9:00am Franconia/Rutledge Warrant Arrest
Officers Sanchez and Curry responded to a call of people drinking alcohol inside a vehicle. They detained five individuals who were seated in the vehicle described to dispatch. Two individuals were cited for drinking in public and one was taken into custody for an outstanding traffic warrant. Report 110349702
1:05pm Unit blk Joost DV Arrest
Officers Jones and Otaguro responded to a domestic violence disturbance. Reportee stated that a man she resides with had slapped her during an argument they were having. Officers detained the gentleman in another area of the residence. Several other witnesses pointed out the individual as well as the man who had slapped the woman. He was taken into custody without incident. Report 110349304
1:56pm 1700 blk Sunnydale Robbery
Officers Obot and Johnson were on patrol when they received a call from a Sergeant who said a robbery had occurred in the Bayview area. He asked the officers to respond to an address where they believed the suspects might be. The officers were familiar with these particular suspects after having had various encounters with them. The officers searched the area and located both suspects sitting inside a vehicle. They were taken into custody and booked at the County Jail. Report 110348613 ***BEST ARREST OF THE DAY***

8:30am 300 blk Franconia Burglary
Officers Otaguro and Jones responded to a call of a burglary. They met with complainant who stated that he returned home to find the front door unlocked. He discovered items were missing and did not give permission for anyone to enter the home. He stated he spoke to adjoining neighbors who did not see anyone enter the home. Officers were unable to locate any point of entry and victim was unsure if he had secured the home prior to leaving. Report 110348851
8:45am 1000 blk Geneva Burglary
Officer Giannini responded to a call of a burglary. Victim advised he had left his home secure and when returned found the front gate and front door open. Although the home appeared ransacked victim was unable to determine if anything was missing. Officer Giannini advised our crime scene investigation unit who stated they would be responding to attempt to collect evidence. The officer searched the area for any witnessed to no avail. 9:45am Alemany/Putnam Theft from Vehicle
PSA Heckenberg-Tognozzi took a counter report at Ingleside Station regarding a vehicle theft. Victim stated the left his vehicle with the four windows slightly cracked. When he returned to the vehicle he noticed things had been scattered and was unsure if items were missing. The PSA fingerprinted the vehicle and retrieved a latent fingerprint which she booked into evidence. The victim was unable to provide any further information. Report 110350301
5:00pm 100 blk Tiffany Fraud
PSA Flynn took a counter report of a fraud. Victim advised when he received his bank statement he noticed charges to his account which he did not make. He advised the bank who requested he file a police report. He was unable to provide any further information. Report 110350765
8:00pm 1800 blk Sunnydale Agg Assault
Officers Obot and several other officers responded to a call of a domestic disturbance. Victim advised that a male friend had arrived at her home and had been drinking alcohol. Victim stated that the gentleman became angry with her over a disagreement and pushed her and repeatedly kicked her. The suspect then fled the area in an unknown direction. Victim said she was not injured and refused medical assistance. The officers canvassed the area in an attempt to locate suspect but were unsuccessful. Report 110342671
8:00pm 100 blk Cora Veh Vandalism
Officers Naval and Lim responded to a call of vandalism to a vehicle. Victim advised he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found various scratches had been made on the side and hood. Victim did not see anyone damage the vehicle and was unable to provide any further information. Report 110349815
9:50pm Schwerin/Sunnydale Assault
Officer Dilag responded to a call of an assault. Victim advised that he exited a muni bus when he noticed several passengers exited with him and began chasing him. Victim said that one of the people following him yelled, “get him” and soon after a glass bottle shattered near victim’s foot. Victim was not injured and did not know who threw the bottle. He said he would not be able to identify any of the individuals who had exited the bus and chased him. Victim stated he was no injured and refused medical assistance. Report 110351371
10:30pm Sunnydale/Rutland Robbery
Officer Dudley were dispatched to a call of a robbery. Various other officers responded to assist him. Victim stated that he was walking on Sunnydale when he observed three males approach him. One of the suspects told victim, “Cough up everything you have.” Another suspect raised what appeared to look like a hammer above the victim’s head and another suspect reached into his pockets and removed several items. Suspects then ran westbound on Sunnydale. Victim was not injured and stated he would be able to identify the suspects if he saw them again. The officers searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspects. Report 110351484
