10:25am Mission/Silver Malicious Mischief
Officers Lim and Chew responded to a call on a muni bus of a vandalism incident. They made contact with the bus driver to said two people had vandalized the windows and ran towards Santa Rosa. The officers located two people who matched the description and detained them. They responded to meet with the driver of the bus while other officers remained with the suspects. The driver was brought to the area where the suspects were detained and positively identified both of them as the ones who had vandalized the bus. The two were taken into custody without incident. 8:45pm 100 blk Tucker Agg. Assault
Officers Dudley and Antonian were dispatched to a call of an argument among family members. Various other officers responded to assist. Victim stated that a family member began verbally arguing with others in the home. One of the members punched another then proceeded to punch yet another member. The family member then grabbed a wrench and was trying to hit others in the house. All the victims signed citizen’s arrests and the assailant was taken into custody. An ambulance was summoned for the family members that had been assaulted and they were medically cleared at the scene. 9:17pm 2800 blk Alemany Narcotics Arrest
Officer Burke and Sgt. Rainsford were on patrol when they observed a vehicle parked on the wrong side of the street enter the roadway without using a turn signal. A traffic stop was effected with various other Ingleside officers who had responded to assist. They officers smelled what appeared to be marijuana coming from the vehicle and in clear view noticed a small baggie containing green matter in the center console. Based on their training and experience the officers believed this to be marijuana. The driver was cited for the narcotics violation and the green leafy material was booked into evidence. 11:21pm 100 blk Russia Battery Arrest
Officers Polovina and Ferronato were on patrol when they responded to an argument among tenants. When they arrived a male, who appeared intoxicated, was sitting out in front. When Officer Kneuker attempted to speak with him he struck the officer in the chest and grabbed his jacket. The officers handcuffed the suspect for their safety and met with the caller. The victim stated that they share a garage area and a friend had called her to tell her that the gentleman that assaulted the officer had been kicking her motorcycle and caused damage to it. When the victim arrived and went into the garage area, she saw the man kicking her motorcycle. The man then became agitated and yelled at her so she called the police. The officers examined the motorcycle and observed damage to the front forks. The victim signed a citizen’s arrest and the suspect was taken into custody. Report 110351597

Officers Naval and Morrow were sent to investigate a shooting incident. The officers noticed a bullet hole in the front window as they arrived. The victim told the officers that he was sleeping when he heard a single gunshot. The victim went downstairs to check and discovered the front window had been shot. There were no injuries nor any suspects observed. Report number 110352175
9:540 am Unit blk Rio Verde Robbery/Force
Officers Morrow and Naval were sent to investigate a robbery case. The victim told the officers that he goes on walks every morning. Today he saw two suspects that were walking in his direction. The victim told the officers that he walked past them, but felt someone garb him from behind and put him in a bear hug. The other suspect punched him on the head. The victim was taken to the ground and the suspect that was holding him from behind removed his wallet. The suspects then fled. The victim received minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene. Officers Hart and Duffin were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. the victim told the officers that she was looking out her window and noticed her window had a crack on it. The victim told the officers that she did not see anyone cause the damage to the window. Report number 110353189

Police Services Aide Cato prepared a report regarding a vandalism incident. The victim told the PSA that she was in the kitchen when she heard her car alarm going off. When the victim went out to check she discovered that someone had broken a window on her car. No suspects were observed. Report number 110353640
9:58 pm Unit blk Madison Theft/Person
Officers Contreras and Hermosura were sent to investigate a theft incident. the victim told the officers that they went out to dinner tonight and that after dinner they noticed a subject following them. The victim told the officers that the suspect got on the same bus and then got off at the same stop as they did. The victims continued to walk home, when all of the sudden the suspect ran up and snatched her iPhone and fled. There were no injuries. Report number 110354030
