Arrests:

9:21pm          2800 Blk Alemany Blvd                Narcotics
Sgt. Rainsford and Officer Burke were on patrol when they saw a vehicle commit a traffic violation.  The officers affected a traffic stop and contacted the driver.  They were able to see a container with suspected narcotics inside in the center console of the vehicle.  Further investigation revealed that the driver had suspected narcotics on her person.  Report 110348782

10:41pm        Church/27th St                                Robbery
Officer Hom and several other SFPD units responded to a report of a robbery.  The victim stated that a suspect yanked her cell phone out of her hand while she was on a MUNI bus.  The suspect fled and the victim chased after him.  At one point, a witness yelled at the suspect to give the victim back her cell phone.  The suspect placed the cell phone on a garbage can and continued to run.  Officers detained the suspect nearby and he was positively identified and subsequently taken into custody.  Report 110348920 ***BEST ARREST OF THE DAY***

Officers Cassinelli and Hom responded to a report of a fight.  Upon arrival, the officers contacted four victims who said that they had been robbed at gun point by three suspects.  The suspects took the victims cell phones and fled.  Report 110349172

12:21pm       900 Blk Geneva Ave                          Graffiti
Officers Morrow and Naval responded to a vandalism report.  The victim told the officers she witnessed a suspect spray painting the side of her building.  Report 110347245

1:30pm        1500 Blk Valencia St                            Theft
Officer Lee took a report regarding a theft.  The victim said she set her purse on a chair next to her with her coin purse inside.  The victim said a short time later, she noticed her coin purse missing.  Report 110347405

4:55pm        Unit Blk Arnold Ave                          Burglary
Officer Castillo responded to a report of a burglary.  The victim said that she saw a suspect outside of her window attempting to take the screen off.  The victim screamed and scared the suspect away.  Report 110348061

7:03pm       600 Blk Campbell Ave                      Burglary
Officers Goldsborough and Hornstein responded to a report of a burglary.  The victim said that someone had kicked at her door and damaged it, but was unable to gain entry.  Report 110348431

8:42pm      Unit Blk Arleta Ave                             Robbery
Officers Hom and Cassinelli responded to a report of a robbery.  The victim was walking with one of her students when she was suddenly surrounded by five suspects.  One of the suspects hit the victim in the face.  Another suspect then yanked the victim’s purse from her.  Report 110348710

PSA Flynn took a report regarding vandalism to a vehicle.  The victim stated that his vehicle’s rear window was smashed and had some frame damage.  There did not seem to be anything touched in the vehicle.  Report 110348889
