1:30pm 600 Blk Rockdale DUI
Officers Frisk and Martinez responded to a rollover accident. The paramedics were tending to a woman believed to be the driver of the vehicle. An evaluation of the driver revealed a strong scent of alcohol on her breath. An open bottle of alcohol was also discovered inside the driver’s vehicle. A witness at the scene confirmed that the woman being assisted to by the paramedics was the person who was driving the vehicle. Attempts by the officers to administered field sobriety tests at the scene were unsuccessful as she was not wearing shoes and was uncooperative. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the hospital where a blood draw was administered by a phlebotomist. The driver was read her rights and admitted to the officers that she was the one driving the vehicle. She was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol. Report 110298115
3:11pm 3000 Blk Holladay Warr Arrest
Officer Hauscarriague responded to a possible wanted suspect who was residing at an address in the Ingleside district. Along with various other officers he came into contact with the suspect and took him into custody. Report 110301194
5:55pm 1500 Blk Sunnydale DV Arrest
Officers Hornstein and Goldsborough responded to a call of a domestic disturbance. They made contact with the complainant who stated that the individual who he resides with had assaulted him repeatedly at their home and he left the home and called the police. The officers responded back to the home where the victim positively identified the roommate as the one who had assaulted him. They spoke to the roommate who admitted that they had had an argument and it became physical. After interviewing both parties the officers determined the suspect to be the primary aggressor and she was arrested for the assault. Report 110301746
8:15pm 200 Blk Trumbull Poss. of Weapon
Officers Hurwitz and Daggett were conducting surveillance in the area when they observed a person they know to be on parole enter a white vehicle and drive toward Mission Street. The officers observed that the vehicle had failed tail lamps and additional officers responded to the scene for assistance. A traffic stop was affected and both occupants of the vehicle were detained. A parole search was done on the parolee and a loaded hand gun was retrieved by Sgt. Rainsford. Officer Elton secured the handgun and the individual was placed under arrest and a parole hold was authorized by the California Department of Corrections. Report 110302089

Victim came to Ingleside Station to report that he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned noticed one of the windows had been smashed. Victim said no entry was made into the vehicle and there were no items missing. He was unable to provide any further information. Report 110229721
4:07am 5700 Blk Mission Robbery
Officers Lundy and Dilag responded to a call of a robbery. Victim advised that he exited the Muni bus and was walking on Mission Street when he noticed four males walking in his direction. Victim stated the males passed him and then someone grabbed him from behind and threw him to the ground. Victim said the suspect(s) kicked and punched him while he was on the ground, grabbed his backpack from him and ran towards Whipple Street. Victim refused medical assistance and said that he believes he can identify the suspects if he saw them again. Officers searched the area for the suspects with negative results. Report 110299721
6:50am 100 Blk Flood Threats
Victim came to Ingleside Police Station to report threats. He stated that he looked out of his window and noticed that a neighbor approached walked to his vehicle and placed a note on it. The note stated that the vehicle was too loud and not to park it on the street. Victim walked outside and asked the neighbor to leave his vehicle alone and the neighbor began to yell things at him that he felt were threatening. He wanted the incident documented should anything further occur with this individual. Report 110300077
8:00am 700 Blk Vienna Vandalism
Officer Polovina responded to a call of a window that had been shot by a BB gun. Victim stated that she opened the curtains in her living room and noticed a small hole in the glass. Victim also advised that a similar incident occurred a while back to one of her neighbors. She was unable to provide any further information or suspect description. Report 110301558
8:23am 200 Munich Robbery
Officer Trujillo responded to a call of a robbery along with various other Ingleside units. There were two victims at the scene and they stated they were standing in front of a house when an unknown suspect approached them, brandished a gun and told them to give him their stuff. Victims were in fear and handed over various items to suspect who placed the items in his jacket and fled the scene. One of the victims stated he was punched in the forehead with the suspect’s fist and the other stated he was punched in the mouth by the suspect. A detailed description of the suspect was given and various units canvassed the area to no avail. An ambulance was summoned for the victims who were medically cleared at the scene. Report 110299997
11:20am 3300 Blk Mission Shoplifting
Officers Sugitan and Fung responded to a call of a shoplifter. They met with reportee who stated an unknown suspect walked into the store, placed several items in her bag. Reportee said she confronted the suspect but she began screaming, walked pass the registers and exited the store without paying for the items. Reportee stated she would be able to identify the suspect if she saw her again and did not want to provide the officer with any further information. Report 110300469

Officer Ramirez with the City College Police Department responded to a call of a theft. Victim advised she left various items in the lunchroom unsupervised. When she returned the items were missing. She was unable to provide any further information. Report 110301382

Officer Hakes responded to a call of a vandalism. Victim stated she parked and secured her vehicle in one of the parking lots and when she returned noticed scratches all over the exterior. She was unable to provide any further information. Report 110300657

Officer McGlaston with the City College Police Department responded to a call of a theft. Victim advised she left various items in a secured locker and when returned noticed the padlock missing and that the items were missing. She was unable to provide any further information. Report 110301213

2:36pm Balboa Park Battery
Officers Marino and Aslam responded to a call of a fight. They approached various males of different descents who were uncooperative and claimed they didn’t know anything about a fight. Dispatch advised that the caller was unavailable to meet with the officers and had left the area. The officers noticed that one of the males had a bloody noise and asked him to remain at the scene while all others were asked to move along in the park. The victim then told the officers he was walking through the park with some friends when another male came up to him and asked him if he had a problem with him. Victim said they then began fighting and after he had been punched repeatedly the suspect fled the area. Victim said he did not know the suspect and does not believe he could identify him. An ambulance was summoned and treated the victim at the scene. Report 110301081.
3:30pm Mission/Ottawa Robbery
Officer Castillo and Sgt. Daniels responded to a robbery. Victim advised that she was walking on Mission Street when a blue vehicle pulled in front of her She stated that two suspects exited the vehicle, approached her and brandished knives. Suspects demanded money and the victim stated she didn’t have any. One of the suspects grabbed her and pulled her hands behind her back while the other searched through her pockets. The suspects then took money from her rear pocket and demanded her jewelry. Victim complied and gave them her jewelry. One of the suspects then punched her on the right side of her face and both boarded their vehicle and fled the area. Victim said she could recognize them if she saw them again. Officers searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspects and there were no surveillance videos available. Report 110301354

Victim came to Ingleside Police Station to report that she was driving on Velasco when someone threw an object at her vehicle causing the window to shatter. Victim said she saw four males running on the street after her vehicle was hit but does not the know address of where the suspects ran near. She stated she would not be able to identify them if she saw them again. She could provide no further information. Report 110302205
