5:16pm             Unit Blk Towerside          Warrant Arrest
Officers Campos and Antonian were on patrol when Officer Antonian observed an individual who he had encountered through prior police contacts.  The officer was aware that the individual had an active warrant for his arrest.  The officers made contact with the subject and he was taken into custody without incident.  Report 110290092

10:35pm           200 Blk Athens                 DV Arrest
Officers Pedersen and Otaguro responded to a disturbance call on Athens Street.  They spoke with a victim who reported she had been assaulted by another individual who resides in the home.  Both suspect and victim were present at the scene and victim identified the individual at the home as the assailant.  Suspect was taken into custody and booked accordingly.  Report 110293626 ***BEST ARREST OF THE DAY***

11:15am           1700 Blk Sunnydale        Vandalism
Officer Hopkins responded to a call of a vandalism.  He spoke with complainant who advised him that she was cooking in her kitchen when she heard some yelling and then the sound of broken glass.  She then noticed that a rock had been thrown through one of her windows.  Victim did not see anyone throw the rock and there were no witnesses.  Officers searched the area for any suspects but were unsuccessful.  Report 110292004

12:00pm            2900 Blk Alemany           Fraud
Victim responded to Ingleside Police Station to report that a check had been mailed to her through the financial aid office at her school which she had never received.  Upon contacting the office she was informed that the particular check had been cashed by an unknown individual.  Victim requested a police report so that the check could be reissued.  Victim did not suspect anyone who may have taken the check or cashed it.  Report 110292979

4:25pm              1300 Blk Sunnydale        Veh Vandalism
Officer Uang was on patrol in the Sunnydale Housing area when he was flagged down by victim who wanted to report damage to his vehicle.  Victim advised that he was driving down Sunnydale Avenue when an unknown suspect threw a bottle at his vehicle which shattered the rear window.  He stated that as he was driving he had observed three males hanging around the area but that they were no longer in the area.  Victim did not see anyone throw the bottle and was unable to give a good description of the males he saw hanging around.  Officers searched the area for the males to no avail.  Report 110292690

5:05pm               400 Blk Raymond           Vandalism
Officers Tigran and Campos responded to a call of a vandalism.  Victim stated that she was inside her home when she heard a loud crashing noise.   Victim looked outside her window and observed three males standing across the street.  She yelled out to the suspect who then fled the area on foot.  Victim went downstairs and noticed that one of the windows on her garage door was shattered.  Victim said she could possibly identify the individuals if she saw them again.  Officers searched the area for the three suspects but were unsuccessful in locating them.  Report 110292850

Officer Morgante responded to a call of an auto boost.  He spoke with the victim who stated she parked and secured her vehicle in front of her residence.  When she returned to the vehicle she noticed one of the windows had been smashed and various items taken.  Victim did not know who might have broken into her vehicle and there were no witnesses.  Report 110291824

6:30pm              200 Blk Addison              Stalking
Officers Gabriel and Castillo responded to a call of a possible stalking.  Victim advised that since September of last year she had been receiving correspondence from an unknown suspect who possibly resided near her.  Victim had reported various incidents regarding the same individual and wanted to file an additional report because she was becoming somewhat fearful.  Victim said she had never had direct contact with the suspect and did not believe she knew him.  Officers booked a letter which they retrieved into evidence.  They knocked on various doors in the area but were unsuccessful in locating a suspect or additional witnesses.  Report 110293024

Officers Castillo and Gabriel responded to a report of a battery.  Victim advised that she had had an argument with one of the members from her household.  Suspect had punched victim in the face and choked her.  Officers canvassed the area for the suspect and searched for a vehicle he was possibly driving.  They were unsuccessful in their attempts to locate him.  Victim refused any medical assistance and provided the officers with information that the suspect resided in the Peninsula.  They ran a computer check of the vehicle suspect was driving and had officers from that city respond to the address the vehicle was registered to.  Their efforts to locate the suspect and his vehicle were unsuccessful.  An Emergency Protective Order was issued for the victim and officers provided her with a copy of it.  Report 110293121

8:00pm            500 Blk Leland                   Burglary
Officers Araujo and Muro responded to a call of a burglary.  An employee on the premises advised that she left the building and secured it on Tuesday evening.   She was notified by another employee that someone had entered the premises without permission and removed various items.  The suspects had broken a screen and then shattered a window to gain access to the building.  Officers took pictures of the damage(s) which they booked into evidence.  They searched for any surfaces which may have been touched to retrieve any possible fingerprint evidence to no avail.  Victim was unaware of who might have entered the building and there were no witnesses.  Report 110291852

10:00pm          700 Blk Foerster                Theft fr Veh
Officer Morgante responded to meet with a motorist who reported that an abandoned backpack and other items were on the sidewalk.  The motorist was unavailable to speak with but the officer located the backpack and was able to do a record check and locate the owner.  The owner advised that the week prior his vehicle had been broken into and various items taken. The backpack was returned to the owner who was very happy with the officer’s services.  He was unable to provide any further information or suspect description.  Report 110291943
