Arrests:

03:24 pm       4600 blk Mission                 Bank Robbery w/ Force
Officer Johnson responded to a bank robbery call.  When the officer arrived on scene, shortly after the call was dispatched, there was no information about whether the suspect had left the bank, only a verbal description.  The officer made a cautious approach to the bank and then saw a man matching the suspect description exit from the front door.  The suspect, upon seeing the officer, approached the officer with the bag of cash in his hand.  The suspect was handcuffed without incident and positively identified as the suspect by the witnesses and victim.  The suspect was booked at County Jail.  Report number 101134134

01:35 am       100 blk Coleridge               Aggravated Assault w/Knife
Officer Morse responded to a stabbing call with numerous other Ingleside Station Officers.  They located the victim, suffering from multiple stab wounds, along with a second victim.  Officers searched the area for the suspects to no avail.   The victims stated that they were approached by a group of four Hispanic males that they had encountered earlier in the evening at a bar in the Mission District.  The victims avoided a confrontation at that time with the suspects by leaving the area.   The suspects apparently located the victims and asked them if they were members of a particular gang.  The victims replied that they were not involved in a gang.  The suspects pushed the victims around and then one of the suspects stabbed the victim.  The suspects then ran away together on Coleridge toward Cesar Chavez.  Report number 101132699

A student reported to SFCCPD Officer Ngoi that he fell asleep while studying in the library.  When he awoke he found that someone had stolen his iPod.  Report number 101133471

12:00 pm       300 blk Bayshore               Theft from Building
PSA Guituan was approached at Ingleside Station by a theft victim.  The victim stated that while at work his cell phone and wallet were in his jacket pocket, hung up in the office.  The victim discovered the theft when he went to retrieve his wallet to get lunch.  Report number 101135251

01:15 pm       300 blk Duncan               Battery/Suspicious Occurrence
Officers Murphy, Pedersen and Wilson responded to a battery call.  The officers met with a woman who claimed that her elderly mothers court appointed conservator had battered her.  The officers found the victims statements contradictory and evasive.  The officers contacted the alledged suspect via telephone who told the officers that the daughters behavior was erratic, but that she did not have any type of physical altercation with her.  The officers documented the incident and forwarded the information to the Adult Protective Services case worker assigned to the elderly woman.  Report number 101133788

Officer Hom responded to a robbery call with numerous other Ingleside Station officers.  The area was searched for the suspects to no avail.  The victim told the officer that she was standing on the sidewalk talking on her cell phone when she was approached by an African American man, 18-20 years old, 5’8, 170 lbs, wearing a black cargo jacket, black cap, black shoes, with a cloth over lower face.  The suspect pulled out a large gun with the appearance of a MAC-10 or similar weapon then demanded her cell phone and other property. The victim complied and gave the suspect her belongings.  The suspect then walked away with two other African American males, about the same age, who were standing across the street acting as lookouts.  Report number 101134786

Officer Castillo responded to a shooting call with numerous other Ingleside Station officers.  The officers found that a man had been shot by an unknown assailant.  The area was searched for the suspect to no avail.  Report number 101135223

08:38 pm       600 blk Faxon                      Robbery w/ Gun
Officer Hom responded to a robbery call with other Ingleside Station officers.  The officers searched for the suspects to no avail. Officer Hom met with the victim who stated that he was getting into his vehicle after leaving a nearby coffee shop when he was suddenly approached by an African American male, 20-25 years old, 5’9, 170 lbs.  The suspect approached with a handgun displayed. Fearing his life was in jeopardy, the victim dropped his computer bag and ran from the area.  The suspect took the property and ran away in the opposite direction.  Report number 101135182
