Arrests:

08:08 pm       Diamond/Bosworth            Traffic Violation Arrest
Officers Yuen and Paras were on patrol when they observed a young male pedestrian commit an infraction.  The officers attempted to approach the juvenile subject in an effort to admonish or cite him for the offense when he suddenly ran from the officers.  The officers caught the subject and took him into custody.  The suspect was taken to Ingleside Station where he was later cited and released to an adult family member. 08:56 pm       4900 blk Mission                 Warrant Arrest
A fight was broadcast by dispatch the same time that Officers Conceicao and Leong were flagged down regarding the same event.  The officers found that one man involved in an altercation was the subject of several warrants.  He was taken into custody and booked at Ingleside Station.  Report number 101138324

02:15 am       200 blk Judson                   Vandalism to Vehicle
Officers Seavey and Padilla responded to a vandalism call.  The officers met with a witness who stated that she heard glass breaking and looked out.  The witness saw three African American males, 15-18 years old, wearing black hooded sweatshirts and blue jeans.  The witness yelled at them and they fled the scene, two in a dark color, 4 door, Japanese vehicle and the third suspect in a white Honda Civic.  The victim arrived and found that no property was missing from the vehicle.  Report number 101135916

Officers Henry-Garcia and Otaguro responded to an auto boost call.  The officers met with the victim who stated that the right passenger side window of his vehicle was shattered and some items stolen from his vehicle while it was parked, locked and unattended.  Report number 101138829

04:17 pm       400 blk Sawyer                   Att. Theft from Unlocked Auto
Officers Hom and Cassinelli responded to an auto boost call which had just occurred.  Officer Tso was in the area and detained a possible suspect.  The detained man was later determined to be uninvolved.  The victim told the officers that the rear passenger window of her vehicle was previously broken out and that the suspect did not cause new damage.  the suspects were seen reaching into the open window by a witness who scarred off the suspects.  Suspects described as Filipino males,20-25 years old.  Report number 101137780

06:05 pm       500 blk Chenery                 Disturbing the Peace
A parking dispute carried into a local store and officers were called to the scene.  A man, irate that another man had blocked in his vehicle, followed the driver into the business and created a scene by yelling and knocking merchandise and equipment over.  The very agitated man was still at the scene, but the driver was helped to escape by other patrons who feared for his safety and kept the irate man there.  The store owner refused to press charges for the damage to his store when the subject agreed to civil restitution.  Report number 101138095

10:43 pm       Geneva/Athens                  Robbery w/ Gun
Officers Reyes and Padilla responded to a robbery call.  The victim told the officers that he was approached by two men, one African American and one Hispanic.  The African American male pulled a gun out of his jacket pocket and held it to the victims head.  The victim refused to give the suspect his wallet.  Both suspects beat the victim, pulling off his hat and shirt.  The suspects were unable to get the victim’s wallet, though they tried.  The victim suffered facial injuries.  The area was searched for the suspects to no avail.  Report number 101138722

Officers Castillo and Kneuker responded to a vandalism call.  They met with the victim who stated that he did not know who would have damaged his vehicle.  The officers found that an unknown suspect speared a park signpost through the victims’ vehicle windshield.  A witness stated that he saw a young male in dark clothing run from the scene.  Report number 101138750
