Arrests:

10:37 pm       Geneva/I280                         Traffic Collision H/R Arrest
Officers Ma responded to investigate a minor injury traffic collision.  The officer found that one of the drivers fled the scene.  There was evidence at the scene providing information to the officers about the suspect vehicle.  Officers Gonzalez and Robinson responded to the address of the registered owner and found the suspect vehicle parked outside.  The residents were located and the driver of the vehicle at the time of the incident was identified by the victim.  The driver was taken into custody and booked at Ingleside Station.  Report number 101129492

12:20 am       Richland/Mission                Aggravated Assault
Officer Hermosura responded to stabbing call.  Officers Ma, Vizcay, Seavey, Gonzales, and Robinson also responded to assist.  Inspector Hutchings responded and took over the investigation.  The officers found an intoxicated man suffering a stab wound to his right chest.  The victim stated that he was approached by a group of five Hispanic males.  One of the group asked him where he was from.  The victim replied that he was from a particular Central American country.  The same suspect stated that he was from another country.  The suspect closed his distance from the victim and punched him once in the chest.  The victim soon realized he had been stabbed in the chest.  The victim approached a nearby residence and asked for help after the suspects fled the scene.  Officers searched the area for the suspects to no avail.  Report number 101126551

SFCCPD Officer Boyko responded to the cafeteria regarding a theft.  The officer met with the victim, a student, who stated that as she ate lunch her purse was stolen from the back of the chair she was seated in.  She could provide no suspect description.  Report number 101127537

Officer Gomez responded to a burglary call and met with the victim.  The victim stated that she left her home secured and upon her return found property missing from her home.  The victim found that her second story bathroom window, which she admitted to leaving ajar, had been pushed open, serving as the suspects’ entry point.  The suspect stole a washer and dryer as well as a baby stroller.  Report number 101128579

Officer Preston responded to a burglary call and met with the victim.  The victim showed the officer that the suspect had forced entry into her home through the back door which had been deadbolted.   The loss consisted of video game consoles and other small electronics, jewelry and money.  Report number 101128284

Officers Robinson and Gonzalez responded to a burglary call.  The officers met with the victim who showed them the pry marks on his front door.  The victim stated that he left his home secure and returned to find the front door open.  The victim found the house had been ransacked and several items of property moved as if the suspects intended to take them but left without them.  The victim discovered that the suspects located and stole a lock box in his bedroom containing money, passports and other valuables.  No suspect description was provided.  Report number 101128591

Officers Archilla and Kabanuck responded on a burglary call.  The officers met with the victim who stated that he left his home secured and returned to find the front door had been forced open.  The victim found that some computer equipment had been stolen and a small safe had been forced open and money and jewelry stolen.  The victim also noted that a jacket was stolen from his closet. Officers Gomez and Hom responded to a burglary call.  The victim stated that she secured her home, locking both front and rear doors.  When she returned she discovered that a second story window wide open.  She found that a television, DVD player and jewelry were stolen from the house.  Report number 101129113

Another unit in the same building was found to have been entered.  The victim noticed that his property had been moved in his home and that his back door was left wide open by the suspect.  There was no sign of forced entry into the unit.  Officers Ferronato and Ma responded and prepared the report.  Report number 101129373

Officer Khan responded to a theft call.  The reportee stated that a tenant in the home moved out and took a Comcast cable box, belonging to the cable company.  The reportee did not have further contact information for the suspect.  Report number 101129464
