Arrests:

06:33 pm       Unit blk Arleta                     Cocaine/Meth Offense
Officers Hurwitz and Daggett conducted a passing call at a residence.  The officers observed two men standing outside of the home and knew that one of them was on felony probation with a search condition.  The officers contacted the men and found that the other man was also on felony probation.  Both men were searched and one was found to be in possession of a crack pipe.  He was later cited and released. That suspect was also a resident at the house, so the officers conducted a probation search of the home.  Inside the home they found various narcotics and ammunition belonging to another member of the home who arrived during the search. This man was a convicted felon.  He was taken into custody and booked at Ingleside Station.  The officers seized cocaine, methamphetamine, and marijuana.  Report number 101125779

09:05 pm       1000 blk Ocean                   Warrant Arrest
SFCCPD Officers Burlyga and Flood contacted an intoxicated man who was disrupting businesses on Ocean Ave.  The officers ran a computer query and found the suspect was wanted for a no bail warrant and he was an out of compliance sex registrant.  The man was taken into custody and booked at County Jail.  Report number 101126119

Officer Truillo and Officer Giannini responded to a vandalized vehicle call.  The victim told the officers that the vehicle belongs to the SFFD and is issued to the victim to drive.  The vehicle has the appearance of an SFFD emergency vehicle; red paint with light bar, radio, microphone and telephone installed in the floorboard and “E” plates.  Entry was made to the vehicle by shattering a window and the suspect attempted to engage the ignition by damaging the steering column.  A witness observed a man in the vehicle and likely scared him off by waiting for the parking space.  The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 25-35 years old, 5’8, 210 lbs, clean shaven, wearing a white/green striped hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans. Officers Sugitan and Fung responded to a residence regarding a vandalism call.  The victim told the officers that the exterior cable television line to his home has been cut two times recently. The victim stated that his neighbor informed him that a work van belonging to an appliance repair company had been parked in front of his home in the early morning.  The victim stated that he is in a pay dispute with the company due to work he believed was done improperly.  Report number 101125070

A student reported to SFCCPD Officer Hakes that he left his laptop computer unattended in the library and returned thirty minutes later to find it had been stolen.  No witnesses were located and no surveillance cameras captured the incident.  Report number 101124555

02:26 pm       Unit blk Brookdale              Resisting Arrest
Officers Goldsborough and Hornstein were on patrol when they observed a man they knew was the subject of an investigation.  The officers pulled up to the subject as he was exiting his vehicle.  Upon seeing the officers the man ran from them with Officer Goldsborough giving chase.  The man had a jacket over his arm as he ran which the officer later recovered, discarded, behind a building.  Other officer arrived to assist and though a thorough search of the area was conducted by a K-9 as well, the suspect escaped capture.  The suspects’ vehicle was towed per the investigation.  Report number 101124953

09:21 pm       100 blk Highland                Robbery w/ Gun
Officer Lim and Shugars with Officers Archilla and Kneuker responded to a robbery call.  The victim, a pizza delivery man, was held up at gunpoint by an African American male and Filipino male accomplice.  The victim delivered the ordered food to the door and the Filipino suspect answered, took the food and retreated into the home to get some change.  The African American suspect approached the victim and forced him into the house where both suspects then robbed him of his money.  The suspects then fled together out of the back of the building.  Officers searched the area for the suspects to no avail.  CSI responded to process the scene.  Report number 101126062
