Arrests:

08:14 pm       Geneva/Santos                   Warrant Arrest
Officer Archilla observed a man drinking a beer from a can in public and contacted the subject.  The officer discovered that the subject had a warrant for his arrest for a parole violation.  Report number 100950842

08:54 pm       Holly Park/Appleton          Controlled Substance
Officers Yuen and Paras stopped a driver for a traffic violation and found that the driver had a search condition for probation. The officers found that the driver had a powdered controlled substance in his pocket.  He was taken into custody and booked at Ingleside Station.  Report number 100950961

12:04 am       4600 Mission                       Marijuana Offense
Officers Kabanuck and Castillo observed a driver fail to stop for a stop sign and conducted a traffic stop.  The officers smelled marijuana in the vehicle and the driver admitted to having marijuana.  The driver did not have a medicinal marijuana card or proof of insurance for the vehicle.  The driver was cited for both offenses and released.

Officer Ma responded to the report of vandalism to a vehicle. The victim said that her neighbor told her that someone had poured paint over her vehicle. A paint can was left next to the car. Report number 100947695

02:19 pm       5900 blk Mission                 Burglary
Officer Park and Officer Padilla responded to the report of a burglary. They met with the victim who said that someone broke into a locked and fenced-off area of his business and stole some copper wires. A surveillance system captured video of the suspect, who was a Caucasian male (5’9 250lbs, aged 50-60) with receding white hair. He was wearing a white baseball cap and a black trench coat. Officer Hom responded to the report of a burglary. The victim said that she came home to find that someone had forced the door to her home open. The suspect stole a laptop, CDs, and jewelry. The victim suspected some painters which had been painting on a near-by roof and could have seen if anyone was at home and what was inside the residence. Report number 100950171

06:22 pm       4600 blk Mission                 Theft from Bruilding
Officer Castillo and Officer Kabanuck responded to the report of a theft at a store. The manager said that one of his employees lost a set of keys while stocking a shelf. A video camera recording showed a customer walking up and taking the keys while they were unattended. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male (aged 20-30) wearing a grey hoodie, black jeans, and white shoes. Report number 100950563

Officers Kabanuck and Castillo responded to the report of a drunk driver which had hit some parked vehicles. While investigating the complaint, they discovered the vehicle involved had false registration tabs affixed to the license plate. The car was towed, and the driver was not located.
