Arrests:

02:27 am       Mission/Guttenberg           DUI/Traffic Violation
Officers Lozano and McCall observed a vehicle with an equipment violation being driven on the roadway.  The officers conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver who displayed objective symptoms of intoxication.  The officers administered the Field Sobriety Tests and the driver performed the tests unsatisfactorily.  The subject was placed under arrest and completed a blood alcohol test which proved the officers suspicions.  The driver was booked at County Jail.  Report number 100924267

03:54 am       600 blk Precita                    Vehicle Tampering
Numerous Ingleside officers and one Mission Station unit responded to an auto boost call.  Officers Hallisy and Wilson of Mission Station detained two suspects and Officer Morse located and detained a third inside of a parked vehicle.  Officers Padilla and Seavey arrived and took over the investigation.  The officers spoke with a witness who stated that she observed several of the suspects attempting to break various car windows.  She then saw one of the suspects break a car window and enter the vehicle.  She called for the police and the officers arrived shortly thereafter.  The suspect who broke the window and entered the vehicle was cited and released.  The other two were released at the scene.  Report number 100924392

Officers Johnson and Martinez responded to a call of a robbery victim who had located the suspect.  The officers located the victim who pointed out the suspect.  The officers detained the suspect who was then positively identified by the victim and taken into custody.  Report number 100920920

01:57 pm       3300 blk Mission                 Warrant Arrest
Officers Pedersen and Murphy were contacted by a store employee who was standing outside of a store.  The employee stated that a man had just stolen from the store and had boarded a Muni bus.  The employee described the suspect to the officers who then boarded the bus and detained the suspect.  The suspect was identified by the employee and taken into custody.  The officer found that the suspect had marijuana on him and a warrant for his arrest for a parole violation.  He was taken to Ingleside Station and booked.  Report number 100925851

08:27 am       Mission/Tingley                  Warrant Arrest
Officers Hom and Gonzalez observed a subject who appeared to be preparing to vandalize a building.  The officers contacted the suspect who told them that he had been commissioned to paint a mural on the building.  A computer records check revealed that the subject had a warrant for his arrest.  The officers took him into custody and later booked him at Ingleside Station.  Report number 100927170

 04:02 am      Unit blk Brookdale             Shooting into a Vehicle
Officers Gabriel and Apodaca responded to a call of a shooting incident. When we arrived we met and spoke to the victim. The victim told the officers that he was repossessing a vehicle when a suspect came out with a gun. The victim got in his car and fled the scene with the suspect firing a couple of shots at the car. Ingleside Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. This case is still under investigation.  Report number100924336

Officer Sanchez was dispatched to investigate a vandalism incident. The victim told the officer that she parked her car in front of her home only to discover someone had scratched a derogatory remark on the trunk. No suspects were observed. Report number 100924524

08:00 am       300 blk Leland                     Vandalism to Vehicle
Officers Martinez and Larocca were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. The victim told the officers that a known suspect used a baseball and broke the car windows. The suspect had fled the scene prior to the officers’ arrival. This case is still under investigation.  Report number 100924637

08:20 am       4700 blk Mission                 Theft from Auto
Police Services Aide Knuckles prepared a report regarding a theft from an auto. The victim responded to Ingleside station and told the PSA that he dropped his daughter off at school and left his truck unattended for a couple of minutes. When he returned he discovered that someone had removed tools from the bed of the truck. This case is still under investigation. Report number 100926780

05:00 pm       Unit blk Blythdale               Residential Burglary
Police Services Aide Knuckles prepared a report regarding a residential burglary. The victim told the PSA an unknown suspect gained entry to his home and stole several electronic components with someone witnessing the crime. While the victim was still at Ingleside station he learned that the suspect was listing his items for sale on the internet. This case is still under investigation. Report number 100927017

5:30 pm         San Bruno/Paul                  Theft from Person
Officers Archilla and Gonzalez were sent to investigate a theft incident. The officers met with the victim who told them someone had taken her iPhone from her while she was on the bus. The suspect snatched the phone from her hands and ran out the bus. The video from the bus is being reviewed.  Report number 100926677
