6:00 am     Unit blk Park               Battery Arrest
Officers Altamirano and Thompson were sent to investigate a battery case. The victim told the officers that a known suspect had come over to her home and was intoxicated. The subject grabbed and pushed the victim causing her to sprain an ankle. The victim called the police.  The victim told the officers that the suspect hung out a particular bar. Sgt Miller and Officer Campion-Healy responded to the bar and located the suspect. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked for the battery. Report number 110148526

2:20 am     McLaren Park             Drunk Driving
Officers Seavey and Morse were sent to McLaren park playground to investigate a car that had driven into the park. The officers located the car that had driven to an area of the park where there is a pond. The car was half off the road and in the air. The driver was trying to get the car out but was stuck. The officers contacted the driver and observed the symptoms of intoxication. Te officers asked the driver to submit to the field sobriety test. The driver failed all the test and was arrested. Officers Almaguer, Chan and Guzman were on patrol and armed with information regarding a suspect with an outstanding felony no bail warrant. The officers responded to the suspects’ home in an attempt to locate her. The suspect was at home and taken into custody without incident.  The warrant was for Burglary. Report number 110148899

4:02 pm     Peralta/York                Warrant Arrest
Officers Hom and Cassinelli were sent to investigate a possible burglary. The dwelling is currently under construction. The officers responded and located a suspect on the floor. The officers conducted a computer check and discovered that the suspect had an outstanding “Parolee at Large” warrant. The suspect was taken into custody and booked. Report number 1109149029

Officers Almaguer, Chan and Guzman had information of a subject that had an outstanding warrant. The officers responded to the suspects’ home and located her. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked At Ingleside station on a felony drug warrant. Report number 101093803

11:00 pm   Mission/30th                Assault Arrest
Officers Ma and Morse were sent to investigate an assault case. The officers spoke to the victim who told them the suspect got on the bus with an expired MUNI transfer. The victim told the suspect that he would have to pay. The suspect got off the bus and kicked the front doors of the bus, then went to the back and pulled the electric contacts off the back. The suspect then picked up a bottle and as he walked back towards the front of the bus, threw the bottle at the victim almost hitting him.  Officers searched the area for the suspect and located him and after a cold show that identified him, he was placed under arrest and booked at Ingleside Station. Officer Martinez was sent to investigate a burglary incident. the officer was responding to this location again to establish a point of entry from a burglary. The officer met with the victim and conducted his investigation that led him to the second floor window. The officer was able to establish that the window on the second floor was the method used by the burglar. Report number 110142459

Officer Wilson was on patrol when he was flagged down by the victim of a theft. The victim told the officer that he parked and locked his car only to discover that someone had broken a window and removed his GPS was missing. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110148338

Officers Park and Chang were sent to investigate a theft case. The witness told the officers that she observed a subject jump into a car via the window. The witness told the officers that she walked by the car and saw a suspect in the passenger seat rummaging through the glove box.  The witness crossed the street and called the police. the suspect then got out of the car and got into a waiting car and fled the area. Officers Araujo and Pai were sent to investigate a possible arson case. The SFFD was called to extinguish a fire that looked suspicious. The officers learned that arson investigators needed to be notified because this fire was started outside the dwelling. While there the officers learned that there was another incident a few doors down. At the second location someone had burned a flag as it hung in front of the dwelling. Arson investigators were on scene and were able to gather valuable evidence for processing. There are also video cameras in the area that investigators will be checking. Officers Toomey and Gamboa were sent to investigate a theft incident. The victim told the officers that while at work he left for a meeting. The victim locked his office door. The victim was gone for an hour and upon his return he noticed that his office door could not be open with the keys. The victim contacted a locksmith. Once in his office the victim noticed that his wallet and contents were missing. There is no suspect description. Report number 110146752

Police Services Aide Flynn prepared a report regarding a fraud. The victim told the PSA that she was at home checking her bank account on line when she came across three checks that not written by her. The victim told the PSA that she contacted her bank and closed that checking account. The victim told the PSA that the checks in question were taken in a theft of her purse. Report number 110146699

Officers Barajas and Chew were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officers that she parked her car in a parking lot and when she returned she found her window broken and property missing. There were no suspects observed.  Report number 110146213

 Police Services Aide Flynn prepared a report regarding a fraud. The victim told the PSA that she had gone to Stonestown and inquired about a possible phone upgrade. The victim told the officer that she declined the upgrade, but she had given her SS# to the customer care person of the place she went. The victim then told the PSA that this month she got her phone bill and it reflected a total that was $245 higher than what she normally pays. The phone company told her that someone had upgraded her phone and purchased 4 cell phones. This case is under investigation. Report number 110149289

Officers Almaguer and Hauscarriague were given information about a subject that was on court probation by the probation officer. The officers were told the subject has 3 firearms registered to him. The probation officer asked the officers to conduct a probation search on the subject. The officers responded and located the subject. The subject told informed the officers that the guns had already been confiscated and allowed the officers to search. Report number 110146558

Officers Padilla and Sullivan were sent to investigate a street robbery. The victim told the officers that while he was on the bus he was sending a TEXT message. The victim told the officers that when the bus stopped at the location above, an unknown suspect walked up to him and grabbed the phone out of his hands. The suspect exited the bus and fled on Mission Street. The loss was an IPhone.  Report number 110146592

12:27pm   Ellsworth/Alemany    Warrant Arrest
Officers Uang and Hopkins were sent to investigate a fight in progress. When the officers arrived they located the subjects involved in the fight. The fight turned out to be verbal. The officers separated the subjects and upon conducting a warrant check discovered that one of them had 6 outstanding warrants! The subject was arrested then booked at Ingleside Station. Needless to say there was no more fighting. Report number 110143736

1:50 pm     Mission/Crescent      Robbery Arrest
Sgt O’Brien from the Ingleside S.I.T. team has been the lead investigator in the robbery case that occurred on Mission and Crescent. Sgt O’Brien has now been able to identify all of the suspects in these robberies and has now arrested the 2nd suspect with only one suspect still at large. Report number 110112850

5:46 pm     Sunnydale/Santos     Warrant Arrest
Officers Uang and Hopkins were on patrol when they drove by a vehicle and picked up on the smell of marijuana. The officers stopped to investigate. The officers spoke to the occupants of the car and soon discovered that one was on parole and the other had a $5000 warrant! The warrant was for a suspended license. The officers arrested the subject for the warrant and let the parolee off with a warning. Report number 080867143

Officers Jones and Phillips were conducting an investigation as part of the S.I.T team. The officers were able to identify the suspect in a theft case that occurred in the Ingleside District. The officers were prepared a search warrant and then responded to the suspect’s home. The officers were able to locate the suspect and get a full confession from him, although they were not able to recover the stolen property. The suspect was arrested and booked at Ingleside Station. Because of the great dedication of theses officers and relentless pursuit of the suspect, this is "The Best Arrest of the Day"  Report number 110128722

Police Services Aide Heckenberg-Tognozzi prepared a report regarding a theft incident. The victim told the PSA that he parked and locked anis car at a lot on Mission Street. The victim told the PSA that he was gone for 4 hours and that when he returned he discovered that a window had been forced open and damage to the interior of his car. There was no property taken. SFCCPD Officer Boyko was sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer that he placed his backpack in a locker and placed a combination lock on the locker. When the victim returned he noticed that the locker was empty and the property was in the adjacent locker. His IPhone was missing. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110140572

SFCCPD Officer Boyko was sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer that he placed his backpack on a chair in the cafeteria. The victim got up to purchase a soda. The victim got the soda and started talking to a friend when he noticed that he had walked out leaving his backpack with his laptop inside. No suspects were seen with the backpack. Officer Sugitan was sent to investigate a battery incident. The victim told the officer that a known suspect attacked her because of an unresolved issued between them. The victim wanted the incident documented. Report number 110143479

Officer Sugitan was sent to take custody of a baggie of Marijuana that was found by the reporting party. The officer took custody of the marijuana and booked for destruction. Report number 110143902

Officer Sugitan prepared a report regarding a fraud case. The victim told the officer that an unknown suspect has been using her social security and other identification.  The IRS wants to collect over $16,000. Report number 110140851

Officer Smethurst responded to investigate a vandalism case. The officer located one victim as another approached him with a similar complaint of vandalism. Bothe victims told the officer that their tires had been deflated, but did not known how.  There was a video that was provided for the officer that showed a suspect stabbing the tires. The victim told the officer that this was revenge for the suspects’ car being towed. Report number 111142982

SFCCPD Officers Burton-Hector, Ramirez and Sgt Russo were sent to investigate a battery case. The victim told the officers that while walking along he happened to glance at a passerby. The suspect did not like that and confronted the victim asking him what he was looking at.  The suspect walked over to the victim and shoved him. the victim located an officer for the report. Officers Archilla and Gomez were sent to investigate a robbery that just occurred. The officers located the victim and learned that while walking along she was surrounded by two suspects. The suspects demanded she turn over all her stuff. The suspect’s then rifled through her things. Once the suspects had her things they walked away. While still at this location another victim was speaking to officers Kneuker and Pereira about the two same suspects. The loss here was a cell phone. Report number 110144825 and 110145077

 Police Services Aide Flynn prepared a report regarding theft case. The victim told the PSA that she parked her car in a parking lot, but left a backpack inside. When the victim returned she found the front window broken and the backpack missing. The victim did not see anyone at the car. Report number 110145083

10:35 pm   Crocker Amazon Park   Robbery
Officers Dudley and Antonian were sent to investigate a robbery. The victim told the officers that she was at a playground when she showed the suspect some cash. The suspect snatched the money from her and was stopped by the victim pulling on the suspect’s hair. The suspect produced a gun. The victim let go of the hair and the suspect said that he would kill her if she called the police. This case has been assigned to the Ingleside S.I.T. team. Report number 110145055

SFCCPD Officer Burlyga was sent to investigate a trespasser on school grounds. The officers located the suspect. The complied with the officers request and was detained. The suspect was not a student at the school and did not have any ID on him. subsequently the suspect was properly identified and sent on his way because he had no pending warrants. Sgt O’Brien has been investigating a robbery case that occurred in the Ingleside district. Today she learned information of the whereabouts of the suspect she had identified in this robbery. Sgt O’Brien enlisted the assistance of Officer Duffin. Officer Duffin responded to the location where the suspect was allegedly at in an attempt to arrest. Officer Duffin was successful in locating the suspect. Sgt O’Brien was notified of the arrest. The suspect was transported to Ingleside where Sgt O’Brien conducted an interview and subsequently booked the suspect for robbery! This culminated another robbery investigation with the arrest of the suspect. Report number 110112850

The victim told the PSA that she left her room and locked the door. When she returned she discovered that her lock had been tampered with and her property missing. SFCCPD Sgt Ngoi was at the station at City College when the victim came to the window. The victim told the Sgt that an officer had contacted him with information about his stole property. The property had been placed in lost and found after the theft. The property was released to the owner. Report number 110137836

Officer Barcena prepared a fraud report. The victim came to Ingleside to report that someone has been using his social security number. The victim showed the officer an IRS form. Report number 110142001

1:30 pm     Surrey/Swiss              Fraud/Scam
Officer Khan was sent to investigate a fraud case. The victim told the officer that an unknown male suspect contacted her and told her that her son was being held in Spain by authorities. The male so convinced the victim that she ran out and sent $2800 via Western Union. It was not until the victim was able to contact her daughter-in-law that she discovered that her son was still in the bay area. The suspect took too long in Spain to pick up the money thus there was no loss. Report number 110139707

Lt Vintero was patrolling when he came upon a parked vehicle that was displaying current registration on the car, yet according to DMV the registration was expired.  Because the registration was over six months expired the vehicle was towed and the plate was booked as evidence. Officers Sugitan and Tillan the officers learned that the victim was on the bus and involved in an altercation. The officers learned that after the altercation the victim walked to the exit and got off the bus slowly. The victim collapsed on the street. The victim is at SF General Hospital in critical condition. report number 110141122

7:47 pm     300 blk Crescent        Drug Arrest
O0fficers Hurwitz, Daggett, Burke and Tam were working undercover conducting probation checks. The officers responded to the first location and as they walked up, the noticed a suspect that they also knew was on probation. The officers detained that suspect. As the officers were talking to that suspect, the main suspect that they were there for walked out of the house with another unidentified suspect. The officers detained both suspects outside. The officers continued their investigation and were able to ascertain the third suspect was there to deliver drugs. The two suspects that came out of the house were found to have methamphetamines and were arrested and booked. Report number 110139569

Officer Yee was sent to investigate a harassing calls incident. The victim told the officer that an unknown suspect was able to get her home phone number and has been calling her and soliciting her. Report number 110132610

Officers Apodaca and Gabriel were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. the victim told the officers that a known suspect called her and asked her for a ride. The victim drove to pick her up. The victim told the officers that once there the suspect demanded that she be driven to another location. The victim told the suspect that she did not have enough gas for the drive. The suspect got angry and started punching the victim behind the head. The victim drove home instead. The victim parked and later discovered that all 4 tires were flat. Report number 110139951

Officers Otaguro and Baldovino were sent to investigate a battery case. The victim told the officers that while at home both the victim and the suspect were having drinks. Both parties started to argue, then break things. Both parties were pushing each other around.  The officers learned that the victim had ingested drugs and alcohol. An ambulance was called for this victim and once taken to the hospital was being admitted. Report 110137450

The victim told the officer that he placed his belongings in a locker in the Wellness Center and that when he returned a short time later he discovered that someone had opened his locker and removed his wallet. Officer Pedersen was sent to investigate a theft/found property case. The caller told the officer that she was walking her dog in the park and noticed a purse on the ground. The officer was able to locate identification in the purse and responded to the school nearby to reunite the purse with its owner. The officer was able to locate the owner of the purse and learned that the owner had placed the purse in a locker at school, only to discover later that an unknown suspect had gone in and removed it. Officer Pedersen was sent to investigate a person that had violated a court order. The officer met with the victim who stated that a known suspect had been served with this court order and was now in violation.  The victim played a recording for the officer. Officers Shugars and Castillo were sent to investigate a battery incident. The victim told the officer that while working for an individual (the suspect) she was slapped on the back of the head. The victim wanted the incident documented and stated she will consult with her employer before taking any action. Report number 110139274

Officer Barcena prepared a report regarding a fraud. The victim  told the officer that she sold a camera on line to a person in China. The victim went on to say that the person in China corresponded back and told the victim that the camera sent was not the camera advertised and returned. 3:47 am     Sears/Sickles             Assault
Officers Morse and Lundy were sent to investigate an assault incident. The officers arrived and could hear a loud verbal altercation. The officers made contact with the victim who told them that the known suspect had bitten them and was holding a knife. The officers then went to make contact with the suspect. The suspect was not holding a knife and complied with all the officers request. The suspect was arrested and then later booked for the assault. Report number 110134581

10:51 am   28th St/Mission            Warrant Arrest
Officer Morgante was sent to serve a court order by Lt. Vintero. The officer responded to the suspects’ home and attempted to serve 0the order. The officer found out that the suspect was home, but sleeping. The officer left and returned a short time later with back up. This time the suspect was in the kitchen and was immediately taken into custody. at the station Officer Morgante discovered that the suspect had an outstanding $10,000 drug warrant out of South San Francisco! The suspect was arrested and booked for all the charges. Report number 110126011

Officers Sugitan and Tillan were sent to investigate a burglary case. The officers met with the victims and were told that the following information: the victims all left t6heir home at 8 am. They locked the front door and front gate. The victims told the officers that the house was all locked up. When they returned 3 ½ hours later, they discovered that the front gate had been damaged and inaccessible and the front door wide open. The victims were able to gain entry through the garage. The officers saw that the entire house had been ransacked. The victims reported, to the officers, several electronics items were taken and an unknown amount of cash. The officers contacted CSI which sent Sgt Chacon to process the crime scene. The officer’s canvassed the neighborhood for potential witnesses, but found none. Report number 110135335

Officers Peregoy and Trail were to investigate a fight in progress. The officers arrived and spoke to the caller at the scene. The officers learned that there had been a fight and that the suspect had left. The officers discovered during their investigation that the suspect was nearby. The officers responded and interviewed the suspect and discovered that this case was a mutual incident and that both parties were in the wrong. The officers got both of the subjects together and offered each an opportunity to sign complaints against each other. Both refused! Report number 110135169

Officers Kneuker and Conceicao were at Ingleside Station where they met with the victim of threats incident. The victim told the officers that the know suspect has been sending threats via text on her cell phone. The officers read the text that the victim saved. The victim is in fear that the suspect will eventually harm her.  The officers prepared this report. Report number 110136270

Officer Barcena prepared a report regarding a theft case. The victim told the officer that she locked and parked her car in front of her home. The victim then told the officers that in the morning she noticed that her window was smashed and several items missing. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110134967

Officers Padilla and Seavey responded to a fight call.  The officers were told that a fight was going on inside of a vehicle and that the vehicle alarm was sounding.  Upon their arrival the officer located a man inside of the vehicle asleep.  The officers woke the man and found him to be uncooperative and combative.  The officers were able to handcuff the man after a brief struggle.  They located the subjects family who were several doors down.  The subject girlfriend told the officers that he was passed out in the vehicle after they had been out partying and she locked him into the vehicle.  She saw all of the police activity and saw that it was related to him.  The subject was slightly injured when he fought with the officers.  He was cited and released, then taken to SFGH for treatment.  Report number 110132450

Officers Hurwitz, Daggett, Tam and Burke responded to the home of a probationer to exercise her search condition.  The officers located a man in the house who was no listed on the lease for the public housing unit.  A computer check revealed that the man had a warrant for his arrest.  He was taken into custody and booked at Ingleside Station.  The probation search was conducted and no other violations were determined.  Report number 110133743

Officers Otaguro and Morse responded to an auto boost call.  The officers met with the victim and a witness.  The witness stated that she was at her kitchen window when she heard a vehicle on the street.  She looked out and saw an African American male with half of his body inside of her neighbors’ vehicle.  She saw the suspect get out of the vehicle and into a waiting dark, older model, boxy shaped sedan and speed away.  The victim stated that nothing was missing from the vehicle.  Report number 110132018

PSA Cato was approached at Ingleside Station regarding an auto boost.  The victim stated that he parked and locked his vehicle before retiring for the evening.  Upon his return to his vehicle he discovered his car stereo was missing.  The victim stated that he did not see any signs of forced entry into the vehicle.  Report number 110133765

PSA Zabarte prepared an auto boost report at Ingleside Station.  The victim stated that she parked and secured her vehicle and left it unattended overnight.  She returned in the morning to find that the passenger side window was smashed and a small amount of money, glasses, and a tool kit had been stolen. Officers Tam and Burke responded to a fight call with numerous other Ingleside Station officers.  The officers were given a suspect description and upon their arrival located the suspect as he entered a movie rental store and detained him.  The officers interviewed many witnesses who stated that the detained man was intoxicated and belligerent and was causing a disturbance.  A white male adult was assaulted by the detained man, but was not located by the officers.  None of the witnesses would sign a citizens’ arrest.  The subject was intoxicated but otherwise able to care for himself, so he was released at the scene.  Report number 110113282

Officers Yuen and Paras responded to a battery call.  The officers met with the victim who stated that an acquaintance of his picked a fight with him and punched him in the face several times.  The victim fell to the ground and the suspect kicked him in the face as well.  The victim was taken via ambulance to SFGH for treatment.  The suspect had fled the scene.  Report number 110134086

Officers Lundy and Morse responded to an auto boost call.  The victim told the officers that his neighbor told him that his vehicle trunk was open.  When he went to his vehicle he found that one of the windows had been smashed and $40 in quarters had been stolen.  Report number 110134412
