12:27pm Ellsworth/Alemany Warrant Arrest
Officers Uang and Hopkins were sent to investigate a fight in progress. When the officers arrived they located the subjects involved in the fight. The fight turned out to be verbal. The officers separated the subjects and upon conducting a warrant check discovered that one of them had 6 outstanding warrants! The subject was arrested then booked at Ingleside Station. Needless to say there was no more fighting. Report number 110143736
1:50 pm Mission/Crescent Robbery Arrest
Sgt O’Brien from the Ingleside S.I.T. team has been the lead investigator in the robbery case that occurred on Mission and Crescent. Sgt O’Brien has now been able to identify all of the suspects in these robberies and has now arrested the 2nd suspect with only one suspect still at large. Report number 110112850
5:46 pm Sunnydale/Santos Warrant Arrest
Officers Uang and Hopkins were on patrol when they drove by a vehicle and picked up on the smell of marijuana. The officers stopped to investigate. The officers spoke to the occupants of the car and soon discovered that one was on parole and the other had a $5000 warrant! The warrant was for a suspended license. The officers arrested the subject for the warrant and let the parolee off with a warning. Report number 080867143
7:15 pm 400 blk Goettingen Theft with Prior
Officers Jones and Phillips were conducting an investigation as part of the S.I.T team. The officers were able to identify the suspect in a theft case that occurred in the Ingleside District. The officers were prepared a search warrant and then responded to the suspect’s home. The officers were able to locate the suspect and get a full confession from him, although they were not able to recover the stolen property. The suspect was arrested and booked at Ingleside Station. Police Services Aide Heckenberg-Tognozzi prepared a report regarding a theft incident. The victim told the PSA that he parked and locked anis car at a lot on Mission Street. The victim told the PSA that he was gone for 4 hours and that when he returned he discovered that a window had been forced open and damage to the interior of his car. There was no property taken. 10:00 am 50 Phelan Theft/Building
SFCCPD Officer Boyko was sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer that he placed his backpack in a locker and placed a combination lock on the locker. When the victim returned he noticed that the locker was empty and the property was in the adjacent locker. His IPhone was missing. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110140572
10:01 am 50 Phelan Theft/Building
SFCCPD Officer Boyko was sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer that he placed his backpack on a chair in the cafeteria. The victim got up to purchase a soda. The victim got the soda and started talking to a friend when he noticed that he had walked out leaving his backpack with his laptop inside. No suspects were seen with the backpack. 10:31 am 3100 blk Mission Battery
Officer Sugitan was sent to investigate a battery incident. The victim told the officer that a known suspect attacked her because of an unresolved issued between them. The victim wanted the incident documented. Report number 110143479
12:00 pm 100 Phelan Drug Offense
Officer Sugitan was sent to take custody of a baggie of Marijuana that was found by the reporting party. The officer took custody of the marijuana and booked for destruction. Report number 110143902
12:00 pm Unit blk Baltimore Fraud
Officer Sugitan prepared a report regarding a fraud case. The victim told the officer that an unknown suspect has been using her social security and other identification. The IRS wants to collect over $16,000. Report number 110140851
7:30 pm Unit blk Valley Vandalism
Officer Smethurst responded to investigate a vandalism case. The officer located one victim as another approached him with a similar complaint of vandalism. Bothe victims told the officer that their tires had been deflated, but did not known how. There was a video that was provided for the officer that showed a suspect stabbing the tires. The victim told the officer that this was revenge for the suspects’ car being towed. Report number 111142982
8:23 pm 50 Phelan Battery
SFCCPD Officers Burton-Hector, Ramirez and Sgt Russo were sent to investigate a battery case. The victim told the officers that while walking along he happened to glance at a passerby. The suspect did not like that and confronted the victim asking him what he was looking at. The suspect walked over to the victim and shoved him. the victim located an officer for the report. 8:39 pm 2500 blk San Jose Robbery
Officers Archilla and Gomez were sent to investigate a robbery that just occurred. The officers located the victim and learned that while walking along she was surrounded by two suspects. The suspects demanded she turn over all her stuff. The suspect’s then rifled through her things. Once the suspects had her things they walked away. While still at this location another victim was speaking to officers Kneuker and Pereira about the two same suspects. The loss here was a cell phone. Report number 110144825 and 110145077
9:59 pm 4900 blk Mission Theft from Auto
Police Services Aide Flynn prepared a report regarding theft case. The victim told the PSA that she parked her car in a parking lot, but left a backpack inside. When the victim returned she found the front window broken and the backpack missing. The victim did not see anyone at the car. Report number 110145083
10:35 pm Crocker Amazon Park Robbery
Officers Dudley and Antonian were sent to investigate a robbery. The victim told the officers that she was at a playground when she showed the suspect some cash. The suspect snatched the money from her and was stopped by the victim pulling on the suspect’s hair. The suspect produced a gun. The victim let go of the hair and the suspect said that he would kill her if she called the police. This case has been assigned to the Ingleside S.I.T. team. Report number 110145055
11:55 pm 50 Phelan Trespassing
SFCCPD Officer Burlyga was sent to investigate a trespasser on school grounds. The officers located the suspect. The complied with the officers request and was detained. The suspect was not a student at the school and did not have any ID on him. subsequently the suspect was properly identified and sent on his way because he had no pending warrants.
