Arrests:

12:20pm     200 Blk. Cambridge           Threats/Possession of Firearm

A man threatening motorists and pedestrians, possibly with a weapon, prompted dispatch to send Ingleside Officers Williams and Camarra to investigate. While in route, the officers spotted the suspect walking in the 200 block of Cambridge. He was walking with one hand inside his shirt, a behavior that may mean he was hiding a weapon. Williams and Camarra ordered the suspect to stop. But he didn’t stop. Instead he walked a short distance and quickly reached into his shirt and placed an unknown object into a garbage can. The officers quickly placed him custody and searched the garbage can where they found a stolen firearm. A computer check revealed the suspect was on federal probation for a weapons violation and the gun was stolen from a Menlo Park address. Several witnesses and victims identified the suspect as the person who threatened to kill or otherwise harm them using a gun. He was taken to Ingleside Station and booked for terrorist threats and firearms charges. Report number: 170849413

A woman student studying at a desk felt someone behind her brush her arm. She told Community College Police Officer Hadi that she turned around and saw the suspect had partially disrobed and was masturbating. The woman victim yelled at the suspect that she was calling the police. The suspect begged her not to call police and got up from the desk and left the area. Report number: 170850517
