The next Ingleside Community meeting will be held in the Ingleside Police Station Community room on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 7p.m.  There will be light refreshments available to those who come to the meeting.  All are welcome to attend.

Arrests:

6:49pm       Ocean & Mission                      Robbery

A Wells Fargo customer was removing money from the ATM when he was suddenly approached by two suspects, one with a firearm, who demanded his property. The victim, fearing for his life, surrendered his wallet and property. He called police and Ingleside Officers Zandanel, Siracusa, Bailey, and Kikuchi arrived and talked to the victim and witnesses. One witness gave the officers the license number of a suspect’s vehicle which was broadcast to all units. Mission and Northern Station officers notified the Ingleside units that the suspect’s vehicle was involved in two other armed robberies that evening. Shortly, thereafter, an off duty San Francisco Police Officer spotted the suspect’s vehicle on De Long Street and notified dispatch. Numerous San Francisco and Daly City Police officers responded to the scene and found both suspects and their vehicle. Both men tried to escape. One succeeded and one was captured and placed in custody. Officers found two handguns and the personal property of the victim of the ATM robbery that occurred at Ocean and Mission Streets. The suspect was taken to the county jail and booked for robbery and several other serious crimes. Report number: 170831965
