1:02pm Unit blk Russia Ave Warrant
Ingleside
officers Suguitan and Smith were on the lookout for a man with a warrant for
violating his parole. They found him sitting on the steps of a home on the unit
block of Russia. He was taken into custody and transported to Ingleside Station
where he awaited his transfer back to jail. Report number: 170574999
2:02pm 200 blk Richland St Warrant
Two
other Ingleside officers, Leung and Leong, were on the lookout for a man who
had a warrant for his arrest after he missed his court date for car theft. He
also had an order of protection to stay away from an address on the 200 block
of Richland. Leung and Leong went to the home on Richland and found the suspect
in a back bedroom. He was placed in custody and taken back to Ingleside Station
for later transfer to jail. Report number: 140676371

5:33am 600 blk Precita Ave Hot Prowl Burglary
A woman looked out her window and noticed her neighbor’s
garage door open. A short time later, she watched an unknown female suspect
walk into the garage and quickly out the door with a bicycle. The witness
called police. Ingleside Officer Felix
along Mission Station officers Rotschi and Cody arrived on scene and talked to
residents of the home. The witnesses described two suspects, a woman and a man,
who were seen walking the bicycle back to a waiting van which sped away in
unknown direction. Report number: 170574052
1:08pm 100 blk Desmond St Aggravated Assault
A double parked truck led to a violent assault. The victim
told Ingleside officers Vong, Leung, and Leong that she was driving down
Desmond Street when she encountered a double parked truck blocking the street.
The victim said she got out of her car and asked the truck driver to move so
she could drive past. The driver got out of the truck, went into a home and a
short time later a woman came out of the home and confronted the victim. An
argument ensued and victim took out her phone to take a picture of the suspect.
The suspect then grabbed the phone and threw it to the ground. The suspect
grabbed the victim, threw her to the ground, and dragged her down the street. The
suspect then got into a car and sped away. The victim was treated at the scene
for her injuries and then transported to St. Luke’s Hospital for further care.

Mission St/Persia Ave Aggravated
Assault
One of two friends were drinking at bar when one decided to go
across the street to a corner store. When he didn’t return, his friend went to
investigate and found the man lying on the ground barely conscious. He drove his
friend to the hospital and called police. Ingleside officers Fogarty and
Cassinelli went to the CPMC hospital to talk to the victim and his friend. The
victim said he was approached by two unknown men who physically attacked him.
He didn’t remember more than that. The victim was diagnosed with a brain bleed
and transported to San Francisco General for further treatment. Report number:
