2:50am       100 Blk. Manchester                         Stolen Vehicle
A homeowner asleep woke up to the sound of a horn blaring. He looked outside and saw a stranger inside his vehicle. He woke up another resident and told him to call the police while he went outside to confront the burglar. Officers Zhao, McMilton, Shih, and Coss arrived and placed the suspect in custody. He told the officers that he got in the car because he was tired. But the officers found that wasn’t true. The ignition had been hotwired and the suspect had several stolen items in his possession including a SFMTA ticket machine and portable ticket printer. He was taken to Ingleside Station and booked for attempted auto theft and possession of stolen property. Report number: 170017137

Ingleside Officers Lustenberger and Barajas were on routine patrol when they spotted a man they had arrested before standing on the corner. The suspect had an outstanding felony warrant out of Concord for weapons possession. He was placed in handcuffs and searched. Inside one of his pockets was a fully loaded revolver. He was taken to Ingleside Station and booked for the weapon and the outstanding warrant. Report number: 170018555

The officers turned on their front facing emergency lights and attempted to stop the vehicle.
