Blk Mission Drugs
California law enforcement officers requested the
assistance of the San Francisco Police Department in the investigation of an
illegal business. Ingleside Officers Seavey, Lustenberger, Rueca and Sgt.
Alvarez responded to the request and entered the business along with the State
officers. Officer Lustenberger noticed one of the occupants, while trying to
leave through a back door, take an object out of his pocket and place it into a
bucket of water. Lustenberger stopped the suspect and retrieved the object which
turned out to be a small container with eleven packets of cocaine packaged for
sale. A search of the suspect’s clothing revealed packets of small
denominations of currency totaling more than a $1000. The suspect was taken to
Ingleside Station and booked for possession of narcotics for sale. Report

Jose Att. Homicide w/gun
A night on the town for two men almost turned deadly as
they returned home. The two had just parked when an unknown assailant walked up
to the truck holding a hand gun demanding their money. The driver of the truck
swatted the gun away with his hand and the suspect fled westbound on 30th
Street and then southbound on San Jose. The victims decided to walk home from
their parked truck and as they approached a building on the 800 block of San
Jose, the suspect suddenly appeared again and took out a gun and fired it at one
of the victims, wounding him in the leg. The second victim started running away
southbound on San Jose but he was also shot by the suspect during his attempted
escape suffering a critical wounds. The suspect then ran across San Jose and
entered a waiting vehicle being driven by a female accomplice. Close to a dozen
Ingleside officers, along with fire department and emergency medical personnel,
responded to the scene. The incident remains under investigation by the
Departments major crimes task force. Both victims were treated for their wounds
