         Serious Incidents:

8:20pm       5000 Blk Mission                    Robbery
Officers Joseph and Franceschi responded to a call regarding the robbery of a ten year old. However, upon arriving to the scene, the officers located the victim and found out that he was actually twenty-six years old. There was no merit to a ten year old being robbed. The victim explained to the officers that he was responding to a Craigslist post for the sale of two speakers. While he arrived to complete the transaction at a hotel room, he was met by a female who pepper sprayed him in the face causing him to drop his belongings. While he was blinded from the pepper spray, a male entered the room with a knife. As he pushed the male into the window, he was pepper sprayed a second time by the suspect. The victim reacted to this by covering his face with a blanket. Once he removed the blanket, he realized that the suspects took his belongings and fled the scene. The officers checked with the front desk clerk who was able to confirm information regarding the suspects and their vehicle. The victim had a small cut, but he refused all medical treatment. The officers provided the victim with follow up information. Report number: 150814696
