When Officers Snadow, Watts, Hardy, and Scott arrived the found the victim sitting on the ground holding a bloody napkin to a head wound. He didn’t want to talk to police except to ask for an ambulance. A witness told the officers she saw the victim and another man arguing until the suspect picked up a hammer and struck the victim several times in the head. After the attack, the suspect ran away in an unknown direction.
