8:45am 3300 Blk Mission Robbery
Officer Curry was dispatched to an altercation. Upon his arrival he was informed that a loss prevention officer was struggling in the parking lot with a female suspect. Several other Ingleside officers responded to assist him. The security officer advised him that he observed the female suspect enter the store, place several items in a hand basket then walk outside the store without attempting to pay for the items. The suspect began punching the security officer in attempts to get away and another employee called the police.
The suspect was taken into custody and booked at the county jail for the robbery and battery. No one was injured in the altercation. Report number 120721805
12:35pm 200 Blk Flood Disturbing the Peace
Officers Fung and Sugitan responded to a citizen’s complaint regarding loud music. They met with the reportee who advised that several neighbors were having issues with a male who resides in a house on their block who continuously plays loud music. The reportee advised that there were several complaints and calls to the same address. He said that once the police arrives, the suspect turns the music off. The reportee insisted on signing a citizen’s arrest against the suspect. While conducting the interview, a male appeared on scene and the citizen positively identified him as the suspect. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to Ingleside station pending further investigation.
While conducting the investigation, Officer Curry was able to make contact with another citizen who wished the file an additional complaint/citizen’s arrest against the suspect for the same reason. The officer conducted a computer check for the addresses which showed numerous calls for service for the same complaint and against the same suspect. The suspect was booked for the continuing offense. Report number 120722847
8:16pm 4400 Blk Mission Vandalism
Officers Dilag and Khan responded to assist a merchant who called regarding a customer breaking the front door of the establishment. When they arrived, the merchant had the suspect detained and the officers took him into custody. The reportee signed a citizen’s arrest for the vandalism. Officers conducted interviews with witnesses who wrote statements. They took pictures of the damages at the restaurant for evidence as well. The suspect was transported to Ingleside Station and booked accordingly. Report number 120723390
8:51pm 5100 Blk Mission Narcotics
Sgt. Deshong was sent to a complaint regarding an individual inside an establishment who told the employee he was being chased. He arrived and spoke with the reportee who pointed to an individual in the large room of the business. The officers began to speak with the individual who was sweating profusely and was agitated. He told the officers that he had been chased into the establishment for no reason and he just wanted to “go home.” A record check revealed the individual was on parole and the sergeant exercised the person’s search condition. A search of his person revealed a bindle with off-white crystals which later tested positive for methamphetamine. He was transported to the hospital for medical clearance and later booked for the narcotics violation. Report number 120723544

An individual responded to Ingleside Station and told Officer Morgante that he had to evict one of his tenants who continues to come back and squat inside the premises. The suspect has been told numerous times not to return to the premises, but continues to do so. The reportee wrote a written statement for the officer which he booked into evidence.
