3:23pm 3900 Blk Mission Firearm
Several Ingleside officers were sent to assist Sgt. Kumli in executing a search warrant. Upon their arrival, they observed the suspect named in the warrant board a dark vehicle and drive down the street. The officers affected a traffic stop and identified the occupants. A search of the vehicle located several keys, rocks of suspected base cocaine, and various cellular phones. Both suspects were transported to Mission Station pending further investigation.
Officers responded to the address and executed the search warrant on the named residence. They recovered several rounds of ammunition, bags containing pills suspected to be ecstacy, plastic baggies containing suspected cocaine, a scale and a handgun. Pictures were taken of the residence and items seized which were later booked into evidence. After conducting interviews with both suspects, the driver was issued a Certificate of Release and the passenger was booked accordingly.
A record check of the handgun returned stolen. CSI was contacted to collect and process the handgun. The suspected narcotics was hand delivered to the Narcotics Drop Box at the Hall of Justice. Report number 120714286
7:22pm Mission/Precita Warrant
Officers Tam and Leong were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with a missing front license plate and tinted windows on the front and passenger windows. They affected a traffic stop and cited the driver for the violation. A record check of the passenger revealed an outstanding warrant and he was taken into custody without incident.
