Arrests:
7:56pm Crescent/Gates Narcotics
Officers Uang and Barajas were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with a failed brake light. They affected a traffic stop and identified the driver and the passenger. A record check revealed the driver’s license was and the passenger was on active probation. Both suspects were taken out of the vehicle while a probation search was performed. The officers located several plastic baggies containing what they believed to be methamphetamine and marijuana, as well as several glass pipes. The vehicle was towed to Auto Return and both suspects transported to Ingleside station. A presumptive tests of the narcotics returned positive and both were booked accordingly. All evidence was seized and booked. The narcotics were hand delivered to the Narcotics Drop Box at the Hall of Justice. Report number 120708712
11:57pm Bayshore/Sunnydale Stolen Vehicle
Officers Antonian and Quintero were dispatched to a possible stolen vehicle. Officers located the vehicle which was travelling on Bayshore without a rear license plate. They affected a traffic stop and contacted the driver who told them that she had just purchased the vehicle and did not know where the paperwork was. A record check revealed the driver’s license was suspended and the vehicle stolen. The vehicle was towed to Auto Return as the owner was unable to pick it up. The owner advised that her dog was also in the vehicle. The officers located the dog and had Animal Care and Control respond and take custody of it.
The suspects were transported to Ingleside Station where their identity was confirmed. The driver was booked accordingly and the passenger was issued a Certificate of Release. Report number 120708132

A victim responded to Ingleside Station and told PSA Cato that he observed several checks fraudulently posted on his checking account made payable to two suspects. The victim provided all suspect information to the PSA who provided him with Identity Theft Information.

10:50pm 3200Blk Mission Robbery
Officers Ferronato and Anderson were sent to a robbery call. The victim advised that a suspect had approached him when he was walking near the ATM, knocked him down and punched him repeatedly. The suspect then pointed a black handgun at the victim, emptied his pockets and fled down Mission with another suspect. The victim said he was not injured and could not identify the suspects. Officers searched the area for any surveillance cameras in the area but could not locate any. Report number 120706051
