Officers Padilla and Seavey were on patrol when they observed a suspicious vehicle travelling erratically.  The vehicle came to a stop and the driver exited the vehicle and began walking at a fast pace.  The officers detained the male who appeared nervous and anxious.  A record check revealed the driver was on active probation and that the vehicle was stolen.  The driver was taken into custody.  A search of the vehicle located various burglary tools known to be used to break into vehicles.  The suspect was booked for the stolen vehicle and issued a property receipt for the items seized.  Report number 120743081

7:15pm       30th/Mission                   Threats
Officers Castillo and Leong were dispatched to a threats call.  They met with the reportee who stated that he boarded the MUNI bus and a male who was sitting next to him began making rude comments to him.  The male then got up and told the reportee he was going to “shoot him.”  The reportee then called the police and the suspect exited the bus.  The reportee was not injured and refused medical assistance.  He provided the officers with a description of the suspect and a male matching the description was detained not far from the scene.  The reportee later identified the suspect as the male who had threatened him and the suspect was taken into custody without incident.  A record check revealed the suspect to be on active parole.  He was booked for the threats and a parole violation.  The officers contacted MUNI dispatch and ordered a copy of the video surveillance tape.  Report number 120747237
