Arrests:

6:55pm      900 Blk Geneva                Exhibiting Weapon
Officers Blume and various other Ingleside units responded to the call of a theft.  They met with victim who advised a female had entered the premises, placed several items on her person and left the area without attempting to pay for the items.  The victim stated he followed the suspect out of the store where he detained her and was then approached by various males who told him to let her go.  Victim stated one of the individuals displayed a gun and pointed it at him so he let the suspect go and returned to the store and called the police.  Officers canvassed the area and searched for the suspects.  They detained a few people fitting the description displayed and brought the victim to the area where they were detained.  The suspects were all searched but no firearm was recovered.  Victim positively identified one of the suspects as the one who had displayed the firearm and signed a citizen’s arrest for the brandishing.  The suspect was thereafter cited.  Report 110666540

01:00am    1500 Blk Sunnydale          Shots Fired
Officers Bernard and Johnson responded to the call of shots fired.  They spoke with reportee who advised that he had heard what appeared to be gunshots but was unable to provide any further information.  The officers located various bullet casings in the area which they collected and booked into evidence.  They searched the area for any suspects or further witnesses to no avail.  Report 110664657

07:30am    800 Blk Ellsworth              Burglary   
Officers Naval and Morrow were dispatched to the call of a burglary.  Victim advised that she left her home secure and when she returned found various items missing.  She admitted having lost her keys in the past and not having changed the locks.  Officers could find no sign of forced entry and victim was unable to provide any further information.  Report 110665423

11:10am     Edna/Monterey                Robbery
Officers Paras and Archilla responded to a robbery.  Victim advised that she was walking on Edna when she noticed a male riding a bicycle behind her and another male approaching her.  The male walking by her told her they wanted her Kindle which she refused to give up.  She pulled away and the suspect grabbed it away from her.  Both suspects fled the area and she lost signed of them.  She stated she was not injured and refused medical assistance.  Report Number 110666067

SFCCPD Officer Green responded to the call of a theft.  Victim told him that she left her laptop computer in her office when she took her break.  Victim returned and found the laptop missing.  She was unable to provide any further information.  Report Number 110665332

2:40pm     3300 Blk Mission                Shoplifting
Officers Habib and Chan responded to the call of a theft.  Reportee stated that she was working at a jewelry counter when two females entered and began perusing jewelry that was openly displayed.  The suspects then grabbed some jewelry and exited the store without making any attempt to pay for the items.  Officers searched the area to no avail and requested a copy of the surveillance video from the manager of the store.  Report Number 110666675

5:00pm     300 Blk Capistrano             Theft
Officer Frisk responded to the call of a theft.  Reportee advised that his father-in-law had passed away and his wife, who resides in Nicaragua, had come to the United States and removed items from the home which he did not believe belonged to her.  Reportee stated he had changed the locks and believed one of the locks had been compromised.  A witness provided information that she did see the suspect arrive with a truck and remove items.  The executor of the estate was contacted and told reportee to seek legal advice.  Reportee was provided with follow up information.  Report Number 110664679

Officer Frisk responded to the call of a theft.  Reportee advised that the garden on the side of the building had been entered and copper pipe had been cut and taken from the premise.  Reportee was unable to provide any further information.  Report Number 110664594

7:30pm    2000 Blk Geneva                  Vandalism
Officer Morgante was on patrol when he was flagged down by victim who advised that he parked and secured his vehicle the evening before and this morning he returned to the vehicle and various tires had been slashed.  He could not provide any further information to the officer.  Report Number 110664500

8:00pm    500 Blk Rolph                        Threats
Victim came to Ingleside Station to report a threat.  He advised PSA Flynn that he resides in the downstairs apartment of a home and that he had been having problems with the landlord.  Victim advised he had overheard the landlord talking about making their lives miserable and possibly poisoning their food so they would have to move out.  Victim wanted the incident documented.  Report Number 110665990

10:30pm   Kingston/Coleridge             Vandalism
Officers Baldovino and Benavidez responded to an auto boost.  Victim advised that she locked and secured his vehicle the evening before and when she returned to her vehicle found one of the windshields had been smashed.  She was unsure if anything was missing at the time.  Officers spoke to a witness who advised there was a few suspicious males lurking in the area and saw one of them break the windshield.  She gave a description of the suspects but did not believe she could identify them if she saw them again.  Officers searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspects.  Report Number 110666788
