Arrests:

12:14 am   1600 blk Sunnydale  Drug Arrest
Officers Polovina and Kneuker were sent to investigate a possible vehicle break-in.  Other Ingleside officers arrived on scene prior to the officers. Officers Khan and Leong detained a subject that matched the description of the suspect that was wanted in this incident. Officers then went and spoke to the victim. The victim came out and immediately identified the person being detained as the suspect. The officers were going to cuff the suspect, but the suspect had other plans! The suspect pulled away and started to run. The officers grabbed his arms pushed him to the ground. The suspect pulled his arm in, and tensed them so that he could not be cuffed. The officers ultimately cuffed the suspect and arrested him. The officers asked the suspect for identification. Since the victim suffered no loss, she did not press charges. The suspect did not have any ID on him so the officers continued the investigation at the station. While conducting a search to transport, the officers found a baggie containing Crack. Now the suspect will be booked on a felony drug charge. Report number 110354325

2:10 am     1600 blk Sunnydale  Weapons Arrest
Officers Kneuker and Polovina were sent to investigate a call of a person with a gun. The officers located the victim and were told that the suspect walked up to him and asked him where he was from, then pulled a gun and pointed at the victim. The victim got scared, ran home and locked the door. The victim told the officers where the incident took place. The officers searched the location and located three subjects, with one matching the description given by the victim. the officers detained the group. The officers then searched the main suspect and the other two. The officers located a gun hidden in the waistband of the female suspect and seized it. The officers also located bullets in her pocket. The officers unloaded the magazine, and discovered that the gun had bullets in it. The witness positively identified the suspect so he was arrested at the scene. Both suspects were arrested and booked on numerous felony charges including the filing off of the serial numbers on the gun. Report number 110354494. This is...  ****The Best Arrest of the Day****

10:55 am   Sunnydale/Santos     Battery/Cite
Officers Trail, Peregoy and Hopkins were sent to investigate a fight in progress. The officers located the victim and were told that the suspect lives across the street and that she was attacked by the suspect. The officers then spoke to the suspect and were told that the two have had an ongoing dispute and that it led up to the fight tonight. The victim told the officers that she wanted to press charges and signed a citizen’s arrest. The suspect was arrested and then cited at the scene with a notice to appear in court. 3:38 pm     50 Phelan                  Open alcohol Container
SFCCPD officer Burlyga was sent to investigate a person under the influence of alcohol in one of the school buildings. The officer located the person and detained him. The suspect was impaired and the officer was searched and it yielded a crack pipe. The suspect was arrested and taken to SFCCPD HQ. After the officer was done with his preliminary investigation, the suspect was cited and released at the scene. Report number 112355969

Officer Trujillo was sent to investigate a vandalism incident. The Victim told the officers that she left her home on vacation only to discover that an unknown suspect had damaged her property. The victim only wanted a report. No further police action was taken. Report number 110355317

12:10 pm 100 blk Leland            Battery
Officers Ng and Tillan were sent to investigate a battery incident. The victim told the officers that a known suspect grabbed her by the arm and would not let go. The victim was not injured, but wanted the incident documented. Report number 110355646

2:30 pm     San Bruno/Wilde        Battery
Police Services Aide Casil of Southern Station prepared a report regarding battery case. The victim told the PSA that a known suspect prevented him from boarding the bus. There were no injuries, but the victim wanted the incident documented. Report number 110353117

8:30 pm     1800 blk Alemany      Theft from Auto
Officers Park and Chang were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officers that he parked his car and locked it. The victim told the officer that when he returned to his car it was unlocked and discovered that someone had removed his personal property. Report number 110356694
