4:50am 200 Blk Los Palmos Dr Vandalism Officers Deguzman and Dilag responded to a report of a vehicle vandalism. The victim told the officers that his dog barking woke him up and prompted him to look out his front window. He said he thought he saw someone in his vehicle with a flashlight, but it was hard to tell because of the condensation on the vehicle. The victim went outside and saw a dark colored Honda fleeing the scene at a high rate of speed. The right, front driver and passenger window had been shattered. Nothing was missing from the vehicle. Officers Martinez and Banta responded to a report of a burglary. The victim stated that there has been a man sleeping under the exterior staircase of her home. The officers found trash bags under the staircase but the suspect was gone upon their arrival. The officers searched the area for the suspect with negative results. Report 110208001

Officer Coles took a report regarding theft from a vehicle. The victim stated that the left rear window of his vehicle had been broken and that items were taken from his center console. Report 110208073
