12:30 pm Mission/Fair Narcotics Paraphernalia
Officers Murphy and Pedersen observed a man walking in an exaggerated gait and appeared to be exhibiting signs of intoxication. The officers contacted the man and found that he was on active probation with a search condition. The officers searched the man and found that he was in possession of a crack pipe, but no narcotics. The officers spoke with the man about his behavior and he stated that his exaggerated gait was due to a medical condition. He was cited for the misdemeanor offense and released at the scene. 03:18 pm 3900 blk Mission False Imprisonment/Conspiracy
Officers Tam and Burke responded to a robbery call with numerous other Ingleside Station officers. Officers Burke and Tam located a group of young men and women that matched the suspect description provided to them through dispatch. The officers were able to detain the group with the assistance of the other officers. The officers then met with the victim, a high school student, who stated that he was seated on a Muni Coach playing with his iPhone. He saw the group enter the bus and observed them passing graffiti tools to one another and saw that one of the males had a knife in his hand. The victim noticed that some of the group was looking at him, making him nervous. The victim put his phone and headphones away and stood up to exit the bus. The victim was surrounded by several of the suspects and pushed around by them before finally breaking free. He ran to the front of the bus and was punched several times on the back of the head by one of the suspects. As he attempted to exit the bus he saw that one of the suspects had exited the rear so he re-boarded and was struck again by one of the other suspects. The bus driver began to call for the police and the entire group got off of the bus and ran away. Just so happened that numerous police units happened to be in close proximity to the event and were able to detain all six juvenile and young adult suspects. Two adult male suspects were booked and the other four were detained and later released. Report number 110115735

Officers Hurwitz and Daggett were informed that a woman who was subject to a felony arrest warrant resided in the district. The officers observed the subject exit her home and detained her pending confirmation of the warrant. The officers confirmed the validity of the warrant and took the woman into custody. The officers booked her at County Jail. Report number 101114802

Officers Ocreto responded to a residential burglary call. The officer met with the victim who stated that he left his home to run a quick errand and returned only 30 minutes later. The victim saw an African American male walking rapidly from the front door area of his home. As he got to his front door he saw that the door and door frame was damaged, but the residence had not been entered. Report number 110115832
04:00 pm 1600 blk Felton Theft from Building
PSA Cato prepared a theft from building report at Ingleside Station. The victim stated that a man, who had resided in her home as a tenant, had recently moved out. After he vacated the home she and her husband attempted to locate their social security cards to no avail and believe that the former roommate had stolen the cards. Report number 110115810

A man responded to Ingleside Station and told PSA Cato that his sister, who resides in a home they both own, spat at him and punched him causing no injury during a dispute regarding a storage shed. The victim wanted the report for documentation purposes only. Report number 110116266
06:00 pm Unit blk Ocean Graffiti
Officer Gomez responded to a graffiti call on a bank. The officer met with the branch manager who showed him new graffiti “tags” which had been made on the front door glass windows. The bank will be retrieving the surveillance footage for the investigation. Report number 1100116294
06:18 pm 400 blk Andover Battery
Officers Castillo and Shugars responded to a fight call. They met with the caller, the father of the two combatants, who stated that he called for the police to stop his sons from hurting one another. The officers spoke with the two adult male brothers who stated that they fought with each other but neither was injured and did not want any further police action. Report number 110116391
