Arrests:

Officers Padilla and Morse were stopped at the intersection in a marked police vehicle when they heard loud yelling.  The officers observed the yelling to be coming from a red Pontiac Grand Am and saw that the female passenger in the vehicle appeared to be attacking the female driver of the vehicle.  The driver, while being attacked rolled the vehicle forward and to the right grazing one of the officers who had exited the patrol car and colliding with the front of the marked police vehicle.  The two women exited the vehicle with the attacker still attempting to get at the other woman who was later identified as her sister.   Three other women in the car exited the vehicle as well.  The suspect failed to comply with any of the officers lawful commands and was still acting out violently.  The officers used a takedown technique and took the woman into custody without injury.  The officers transported the suspect to Ingleside Station where she was later cited and released.  A traffic collision investigation was also conducted.  Report number 110111749

Officers Hauscarriague, Chan and Guzman were working in an unmarked police vehicle in plainclothes when they responded with numerous other Ingleside Station officers to a robbery call.  The officers met with the victim, a clerk at the gas station who provided them with a suspect description and the direction of travel.  Officer Hauscarriague searched the area for the suspect and located him in a dark stairwell nearby.  The officer identified himself to the suspect who then ran from the officer.  The officer caught the suspect and took him into custody after a brief struggle with the help of Officer Guzman.  The victim positively identified the suspect and the stolen merchandise.  A knife was found on the suspect.  He was taken to Ingleside Station for booking.  Report number 110113626

Officers Barcena and Curry responded to a vandalism call.  The officers contacted the victim who stated that some unknown person had damaged her vehicle by slashing the sidewalls of two tires while the vehicle was parked and secured overnight.  Report number 110112026

Officers Morgante and Banta responded to a burglary call.  The officers met with the victims who stated that they went to sleep at 11 o’clock the previous evening and awoke to find that someone had entered an unlocked kitchen window which is accessible via a common area and stole a laptop computer from the living room.  The victims stated that there had been a similar burglary some months ago via the same window.  Report number 110112349

Officer Morgante prepared an incident report for a victim who stated that her parked, locked and unattended vehicle had been broken into overnight and that her car stereo and Fastrak had been stolen from the vehicle.  No suspect or witness information was provided.  Report number 110112719

Officers Morgante and Banta responded to a robbery call.  The officers met with the victims, both fourteen year old girls, who told them that they were robbed of a cell phone while walking from one victims home to the others home.  The victims stated that near the entrance to St. Mary’s Park they were approached by three Hispanic females, all about fifteen years old, who demanded their cell phones.  One of the victims, fearing for their safety, handed the suspects her phone.  The suspects all boarded a 23 Muni coach and the victims continued to their destination and informed their family of the incident.  The officers contacted Muni for the surveillance video of the Muni coach in hopes to identify the suspects.  Report number 110112850
