01:55 am Mission/29th St Susp Lic/False Personation
Officers Seavey and Padilla observed a vehicle with an equipment and a registration violation and conducted a traffic stop. The driver verbally identified himself to the officers, but the officers were unable to verify the drivers identity, validity of a drivers license, or arrest history. The driver also provided the officers with a social security number which also did not return as a valid SSN. The officers took the driver into custody as they were required to book the driver rather than cite. The officers searched the vehicle interior and found paperwork indicating the drivers true identity. Officers Otaguro and Vizcay responded to the station with that information and was able to locate the correct identity of the suspect. The suspect had a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene and his vehicle towed with a hold for the STOP program. Report number 110108536
02:30 pm 1800 blk San Jose Breaking Windows
Officer Morse with Officers Dilag, Lundy, Otaguro and Vizcay responded to a breaking windows call. The officers located and detained one suspect who was later positively identified and taken into custody. The officers spoke with the owner of the business that suffered the damage and found that the suspect works for the victim. The suspect was taken into custody and booked at Ingleside Station. 04:24 pm Crescent/Nevada Methamphetamine/Probation
Officers Almaguer and Hauscarriague observed a man dumping trash in a parking lot and contacted him and two others who were with him. The officers found that the man was on felony probation with a search condition. His two companions were found to have no wants or warrants. The officers exercised the search condition and searched the subject and his vehicle. The officers found that the suspect was in possession of a large quantity of methamphetamine packaged for sale, and a large amount of currency. He was taken into custody and booked at Ingleside Station. Report number 110110218
11:03 pm Mission/Maynard Cocaine Possession for Sale
Officers Hauscarriague and Almaguer observed a man cross the street between intersections causing vehicular traffic to slow for his safety. The officers saw the man stop and stuff something in his sock. The officers approached the man regarding the violation and observed that he had a white powder around his nostril. The man admitted to the officers that he had snorted some cocaine. The officers took him into custody and found that he had two baggies of white powder in his sock. A computer query revealed a warrant for his arrest. The man was taken to Ingleside Station where he was booked. Report number 110111175
11:58 pm 4700 blk Mission Marijuana Offense
Officers Hopkins and Uang were on uniformed patrol when they heard very loud music emanating from a vehicle in the roadway. The officers conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver who stated that he was on parole. The driver admitted to being in possession of marijuana and hash. The officers took the suspect into custody and seized the substances. The officers found that the suspect had an extremely expired medical marijuana card. The suspect was transported to Ingleside Station where he was booked. Report number 110111385

Officers Sugitan and Fung responded to a battery call. The two men involved, one a cab owner and the other who subleases the cab, had a verbal argument that turned physical over the tardiness of one driver to the shift of the other. Neither man wanted to sign a citizens’ arrest for the other. The matter was therefore only documented in this report. Report number 110109352
09:38 am 200 blk Rey Attempted Homicide w/Gun
Officers Morrow and Naval with numerous other Ingleside Station officers responded to a shooting call with a shot spotter detection of eight rounds in the area. The officers were notified by an anonymous onlooker that a victim had been taken to the hospital by another man. Officers Frisk and Campion-Healy responded to SFGH where they contacted the victim. The victim told the officers that he was shot in the leg by an unknown assailant who he described as an African American male, 17-18 years old, 5’4-5’5, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. The victims’ uncle drove him to the hospital for treatment.

Officers Sugitan and Fung responded to a battery call. The victim told the officers that her brother was intoxicated and had been violent with her when she asked him to eat because he was getting drunk on an empty stomach. The suspect fled the scene prior to the officers’ arrival and a subsequent search for him was conducted to no avail. Report number 110110133

Officer Baldovino responded to a burglary call. The officer met with the victim who showed him pry marks on the side entrance door to the garage for the building. The victim told the officer that his bicycle had been stolen from the garage. Report number 110111084
08:02 pm 3300 blk Mission Aggravated Assault
Officers Conceicao and Leong responded to an assault call. The officers met with the victim who stated that he was seated on a 49 line Muni Coach when the suspect, a Hispanic male adult, 40-45 years old, 5’8, 170 lbs, wearing a black jacket, black jeans and a moustache, approached him and began punching him in the face. There was no contact between the two men prior to the attack. A witness was located and stated that the suspect went into a nearby grocery store. The store was searched to no avail.
