Arrests:

08:28 pm       100 blk Vienna                   EPO Violation
Officers Gabriel and Apodaca responded to a call of a restraining order violation.  The officers arrived and contacted both parties.  The officers confirmed that the subject of the EPO had been lawfully served and explained the terms of the EPO.  The officers then took the suspect into custody and booked her at County Jail.  Report number 101101014

Officers Banta, Morgante and Martinez responded to a burglary call.  The officers met with the restaurant owner who showed them that the glass front door had been broken and that the cash drawers were stolen from the restaurant.  Report number 101106252

Officers Johnson and Bernard responded to a burglary at a residence under construction.  The officers met a contractor who stated that he left the site secured and upon his return found the front door wide open and numerous power and hand tools were stolen.  Report number 101106149

SFCCPD Officer Hakes prepared a report regarding a vandalized vehicle in a parking lot on the campus.  A student reported that the convertible top to her vehicle was cut and that the gas cap cover was removed and the tire covers on two tires was missing.  Report number 101106268

Officers Trail, Peregoy and Duffin responded to a robbery call with numerous other Ingleside Station officers.  The victim told the officers that just after exiting a public housing unit he was surrounded by four African American teenage to young adult males.  The victim told the officers that he was struck on the back of the head by one of the suspects with what he believed was a handgun.  The victim stated that the suspects searched his pockets and stole money from his wallet.  The victim was taken to SFGH for evaluation.  The area was searched for the suspects to no avail.  Report number 101106440

An employee of a café’ on the campus reported to SFCCPD Officer Boyko that two African American males in early 20’s entered the café and each stole two bags of M&M’s.  The employee observed the suspects walk back out of the café and yelled to them to stop.  The suspects ran and the employee chased after one of them, but was unable to catch up with him.  The suspects have been observed stealing candy on other occasions as well.  Report number 101106713

PSA Knuckles was approached at Ingleside Station by a man who stated that he had been bitten in an unprovoked attack by a cocker spaniel dog that had been walked unleashed.  The man stated that as he exited a business the dog suddenly bit him on the thigh, breaking the skin.  The person with the dog told him that she was not the owner.  A person, possibly the owner, later contacted the victim.  Report number 101107915

Officers Burke and Tam with Officers Chang, Park and Ocreto responded to a residence regarding a trespassing call.  The victim told the officers that he had not been living at his home for several months and that no one should be in the house.  The victim believed someone was in the home.  The officers entered the house and found the victims roommate.  The victim stated that several firearms were missing from a glass case in the home and believed the roommate may have stolen the guns.  The roommate told the officers that the victim took the guns with him when he left.  Report number 101107404

Officer Elton observed fresh graffiti on a residential building side and contacted the building owner.  The owner requested a report regarding the damage to his property.  Report number 101107454

Officers Salcedo and Pereira responded to a burglary call and met with the victim.  The victim stated that she returned to her home to find the security gate unlocked and the home ransacked.  She stated that the gate was left secured, but the interior door unlocked.  A neighbor stated that he saw a man enter her home who he believed was the victims’ boyfriend.  The victim told the officers that she had provided her boyfriend with a key to the home.  Numerous jewelry items and money were stolen from the home.  Report number 101107614

07:50 pm       Chenery/Mateo                   Robbery w/ Gun
Officer Yuen, Paras and Lim responded to a robbery call.  The victim told the officers that he was struck by a suspect, knocked to the ground and then with a gun pointed at him, robbed of his wallet, cell phone and back pack.  The suspects, both African American males ran from the scene.  The officers broadcast the suspects’ description and later found that the suspects matched a robbery that occurred in the Mission District.  A short while later Sgts. Delaney and Burrows of Tenderloin Station detained a man they believed fit the description of one of the suspects.  Officer Yuen took the victim to where the suspect was detained and he positively identified the suspect.  Two items of the victims property were recovered from the suspect.  The suspect was booked at Tenderloin Station.  Report number 101107971

Officers Lim, Gonzales and Yuen responded to a battery call.  The victim stated that she observed a car pull up near her home as she was putting out some trash.  Her husbands’ cousin exited the vehicle and slapped her once very hard across the cheek, knocking her to the ground.  He then yelled obscenities at her, entered the vehicle and drove away.  The victim stated that she has an on-going civil dispute with the cousin and his wife.  The officers searched for the suspect to no avail.  Report number 101108010
