Arrests:

04:16 pm       300 blk Velasco      Warrant/Traffic Viol/Narc Poss
Officers Johnson and Obot observed a vehicle with an equipment violation and pulled it over.  The officers contacted the driver who stated that he did not have his drivers license in his possession and provided the officers with his name and date of birth.  The officers were unable to match the information in a computer search and the driver gave them his real name.  The driver was found to have a suspended license and numerous warrants for his arrest.  The driver was taken into custody and found to have methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia in his possession.  The suspect was taken to Ingleside Station and booked.  Report number 100916800

11:23 pm       3400 blk Mission     Warrant Arrest/Under Influence
A woman was yelling at the corner of Mission and Kingston prompting someone to call 911.  Officers Morse and Jones responded to the call at that location and met with the woman who claimed to have been robbed.  The officers conducted a lengthy investigation and later determined that the woman had injected alcohol and/ or narcotics and had caused a disturbance in a business causing the proprietor to remove her.  There was no merit to a robbery.  The woman was found to have a warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody and booked at County Jail.  Report number 100917842

Officers Martinez and Larocca responded to a call of a possible stolen vehicle.  The officers found that the vehicle had been broken into and met with the owner.  The victim found property not belonging to him in the vehicle trunk, and that clothing and vitamins were stolen from the vehicle.  Report number 100915830

PSA Knuckles was approached at Ingleside Station by a woman who told him that she had received numerous threatening text messages from a man who is a friend of a friend.  She was disturbed by the content of the messages.  Report number 100919218

08:28 pm       Unit blk Blythdale               Agg Assault w/Gun
Officers Obot and Johnson responded to a shooting call and found the victim inside of a public housing unit.  The officers spoke with the victim who had been shot in both legs numerous times.  The victim was uncooperative with the investigation, but a witness stated that the suspects were two African American males in their late teens, wearing dark clothing.  The victim was taken to SFGH for treatment. 09:23 pm       Santa Rosa/San Gabriel   Robbery w/Knife
A Hispanic male, 18-22 years old held up a man at knifepoint and stole his cigarettes and lighter.  Two other male suspects stood nearby.  Officer Anderson responded with other Ingleside officers who searched the area for the suspects.  The suspect asked the victim if he was a gang member and then pulled a knife and demanded his property.  The victim was not injured and the suspects ran away together on foot.  Report number 100917494
