Officer Altamirano and Officer Thompson were on patrol when they saw a vehicle with expired registration. They stopped the car and met with the occupants. The driver admitted to having a suspended license, and he was found to have an outstanding warrant. The driver was arrested and the car was towed. Report number 100956436
02:00 pm 200 blk Rolph Assault
Officer Rueca and Officer Elton responded to the home of a suspect in an assault which had occurred days earlier. The suspect was found, and was arrested for assault and criminal threats. Report number 100904065
06:13 pm Naples/Rolph Warrant Arrest
Officer Cassinelli and Officer Hom were on patrol when they saw a man who was soliciting customers at a gas station. They spoke with the man, who initially gave a false name and date of birth to the officers. It was finally discovered that the man was on parole and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was arrested for the warrant and also charge with obstructing an investigation. Report number 100957876

Officer Lundy and Officer Dilag responded to the report of an assault. The victim had been assaulted by his roommate when he asked the roommate to turn his music down. The suspect was arrested for the assault and an outstanding warrant. Report number 100958846

Officer Wong was dispatched to the report of a possible battery. The victim said that he and his neighbor had not been getting along for some time, and they just had another fight. The suspect had already left the scene, and the victim stated that he did not want to press charges against the suspect. Report number 100955682
09:04 am 300 blk Alemany Burglary/Theft from Vehicle
Officer Morgante responded to the report of a burglary. He met with the victim who said that she went into the garage which is shared by the residents of her apartment building to find that her car’s window had been smashed. Missing from inside the car was a GPS unit and a phone charger. Report number 100955789

Officer Uang and Officer Hopkins were on patrol when they saw a man who had been listed in a superior court gang injunction. The man was served with a notice of the injunction. Report number 100957252
06:14 pm 4800 blk Mission Vandalism
Officer Sugitan and Officer Fung responded to the report of vandalism. The victim said that he was inside his business when he heard a loud thud outside. When he went outside, he saw a man walking away from a gas pipe which was protruding from the victim’s building. The gas pipe had been broken and the victim could smell the odor of natural gas. The victim then saw the suspect continue down the street and kick and break a water pipe which was protruding from another building. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, (5’9 170lbs, aged 21-22) wearing a black sweatshirt. Report numbers 100957791, 100957832
08:21 pm Unit blk Blythdale Burglary
Officer Obot and Officer Johnson responded to the report of a burglary. The victim had arrived home to find that the lights were on inside and the front door unlocked. The victim waited for police to arrive, and after it was determined that no one was inside, the victim indicated that his home had been rummaged though. Nothing was found to be missing. It appeared that the suspect gained entry to the home by breaking a kitchen window. Report number 100958169
