12:15pm 500 Blk. Portola Firearm
A report of a student with a gun sent Ingleside Officers Naval,
Morrow, Gomez, Watts, Rosales, and Lt. McEachern to a school campus on the 500
block of Portola Avenue. When they arrived several school officials confirmed
the report and said the suspect had left the campus. A school official called
the minor suspect who returned to the school and was arrested by police
officers for possession of a loaded firearm in a school zone. The firearm was

Serious
Incidents:
11:22am Unit Blk. Delta Hot Prowl Burglary
A man
at home heard a loud noise coming from the in-law unit downstairs. The victim
told Ingleside Officers Vong, Trail, and Hopkins that he looked downstairs and
saw two unknown men running out of the home. He looked outside and saw the
suspects running down Delta Street toward Hamilton Street. The officers, after
searching the home, determined the suspects had forced open a downstairs
bedroom door and had rifled through a drawer and closet. It is unclear if
anything was taken during the burglary. Report number: 180088350
2:13pm Unit Blk. of Onondaga Burglary
Another
hot prowl burglary sent a different group of Ingleside Officers, Hackard and
Watts, to investigate. The officers met with the victim who said he returned
home to find several automatic weapons missing from a gun safe in the home. A
large amount of cash was also missing along with fashion accessories. The
officers determined the burglars entered the home through a locked garage door.
