Arrests:
9:24pm 800 Blk. Russia Resisting
Arrest
A fistfight among occupants of a home prompted dispatch to
send Ingleside Officers Parker and Stoffel to investigate. When they arrived
they found one of the occupants outside who told the officers that he had been
drinking and had fought with another resident. The suspect had slurred speech
and told the officers that if they left the scene he would resume fighting the
other man. The officers placed him in handcuffs and while in restraints tried
to attack the other man and also managed to assault one of the officers. He was
transferred to the county jail and booked for resisting arrest and public
drunkenness. Report number: 180035492
10:32pm 400 Blk. Melrose Aggravated Assault
Ingleside Officers Hermosura and Lundy were on routine patrol
when they spotted a stolen black Acura, with Florida license plates, double
parked in front of an address on the 400 block of Melrose. The officers placed
their patrol car approximately 15 feet in front of the Acura facing the front
of the vehicle. When the Acura’s driver noticed the patrol officers, he started
the Acura and accelerated into the front of the patrol car in an attempt to
escape. When he couldn’t move the patrol car, the suspect exited the Acura and
ran away only to be apprehended a short time later on the 600 block of Mangles
Street. He was arrested at the scene and was transported to San Francisco
General Hospital for treatment. Later, he was booked for aggravated assault on
a police officer and other crimes before being taken to the county jail. Report
