Ingleside officers Ahern and Aiello were dispatched to a
report of a man assaulted by several suspects. When they arrived on scene they
found the victim bleeding from a small cut to his ear and several bruises on
his arm and head. He told the officers that he was walking down the street when
three men approached him and asked him where he was from. The victim told them that
he was from San Francisco. One of the
suspects punched him in the head from behind. The victim started running away
but tripped and fell. All three suspects kicked and punched the victim while he
was on the ground. The victim got up, took off his belt, and swung and hit one
of his attackers. The suspect who was hit took out a knife and started chasing
the victim down the street. The victim was able to distance himself from his
pursuers and called police. He refused medical attention. Report number:

Assault
A woman shopping at the Walgreens was startled when an unknown
man suddenly hit her on the head with a hard object. After the attack, the
suspect then ran out of the store and escaped in an unknown direction.
Ingleside officers Mc Call and Zhao arrived and called for medical help. The
victim was taken to Kaiser Hospital for treatment of a scalp laceration. The
officers talked to witnesses and reviewed store security video for clues
