A call of a man with a knife sent Ingleside officers Suguitan and Hornstein to investigate. When they arrived they found a man talking to himself and making exaggerated movements. Both officers exited their patrol car and took out a non-lethal weapon. The officers asked the suspect to sit down and he complied while being placed in custody. He had a folding knife in his front pants pocket. A records check revealed an outstanding no bail warrant for his arrest. Due to the nature of his bizarre behavior, the officers requested an ambulance to take the suspect to San Francisco General for evaluation. Report number: 170535543
