Serious Incidents:

6:52pm       Unit Blk. Niagara                   Aggravated Assault
A parking dispute resulted in serious injuries to one woman. The victim told Ingleside Officer Beltran and Sgt. Ueber that she returned home to find a Ford Exhibition parked in her driveway. The victim got out of her VW to ask the driver to please move out of her driveway so she could park her car. The Ford driver moved forward a short distance but was still blocking her driveway. The VW driver got out of her car to ask again for the Ford driver to move. However, he didn’t and instead, the two, now joined with other occupants of the Ford, began arguing outside their vehicles. Suddenly, one of the Ford’s occupants smashed his fist into the victim’s face, causing her to fall to the ground. The victim got up and called 911 while the Ford drove away. Meanwhile, the victim’s boyfriend, exited their residence, and joined the victim in the VW as they chased the Ford through the neighborhood finally abandoning the pursuit on Geneva Avenue. The pair went back home and waited for police. They gave officers the license plate of the Ford which came back to a South San Francisco address.
