Arrests:

3:19pm       Crescent & Folsom                False Vehicle Registration
Ingleside Officers Kikuchi and Williams were on traffic duty watching for drivers who ignore the stop sign at Crescent and Folsom. They weren’t parked long before they spotted an older Toyota Sienna minivan blow right through the intersection without stopping. The officers quickly stopped the vehicle and a computer check revealed the van’s registration had expired in April of last year. However, the Toyota had 2017 registration sticker on the rear plate. The driver was given a citation for expired registration and the license plates were confiscated by the officers. The Toyota was towed to impound. Report number: 170093278

6:43pm       Unit Blk. Marietta                 Warrants Arrest
Two aggressive door-to-door magazine solicitors prompted a citizen to call police. Ingleside Officers Ahern and Calupad responded and talked to the two women solicitors. A record check revealed one of the two women had two outstanding warrants for her arrest, one a $60,000 warrant out of San Bernadino County and another out of South Pasadena for $100,000. She was taken to Ingleside Station and booked on the warrants. Report number: 170093955

Serious Incidents:

4:21pm       Mission & Persia                   Aggravated Assault
Police responded to a call of a fight on a Muni bus. Ingleside Officers Marshall and Filamor arrived and found the uncooperative victim standing outside the bus. He refused medical attention and was reluctant to answer the officer’s questions. However, a witness told the officers that four men approached the victim while he stood on the sidewalk outside the Muni bus. The suspects then kicked and hit the suspect who fell to the ground and tried to avoid being seriously injured. The suspect then got back into a waiting vehicle which sped away.
