Arrests:

2:51am       2600 Blk. Bayshore                 Robbery
A woman decided to get a jump on her New Year’s Eve shopping list by picking up some party essentials at the supermarket. A good idea turned bad when she decided she didn’t want to pay for the items. That decision prompted dispatch to send Ingleside Officers Vong and Champlin to the scene. When they arrived they found a woman, who had a shoplifting arrest record, standing in the parking lot yelling obscenities. The officers also found a store employee nursing a sore jaw from the suspect’s right cross. The employee, who declined medical attention, told the officers she saw the suspect leave the store without paying for a grocery list that included; breakfast claws, hash browns, American cheese, salami crackers and cheese tray, a block of cheddar cheese, butter, sour cream, and vodka. The store owner, who followed the suspect from the premises, fought with the suspect in the parking lot forcing the woman to surrender the groceries. The suspect was taken to San Francisco General Hospital for evaluation of her injuries before being booked for robbery. Report number: 161053483

4:10pm       4800 Blk. Mission                  Narcotics Paraphernalia
A restaurant owner called police because a customer was causing a disturbance inside his establishment. Ingleside Officers Labson, Cubas, and Langley arrived and found the woman suspect acting erratically and yelling indiscernible statements while pushing a baby stroller packed with her possessions. She was escorted out of the restaurant and the officers ran her identification, which revealed she was on probation with a considerable arrest record. A search of those possessions revealed a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine. She was cited for the violation and released at the scene. Report number: 161053831
